I’ve been using Integrity Pools for over two years. After some terrible experiences with two other well reviewed companies, I tried them. I’m certainly happy that I have them servicing my pool. Jim Dillingham has been servicing our pool weekly for at least 1-1/2 years and has been excellent - personable and professional. My pool is always clean and balanced and I receive communications from him every time he stops by. It’s amazing that I have the same great guy every week and can build that relationship with him. Never any surprises - just good work every time.

Besides the cleaning, I’ve used Integrity for a repair and filter cleaning in the past. In general, I’m pleased with their other services. They’ve got some great guys on the service side as well.

However, the weekly service provided is significantly better than any other I’ve ever had from any company. I also receive calls from the office to check on service. Integrity Pools is the best - they’re based in NE Dallas but I’m in the mid-cities.

After using several different pool service companies over the last 5 years, I have never felt compelled to leave any of them a favorable review until now. After a very high wind storm a couple days ago, our pool was covered with leaves and debris. Georgia, our regular service tech, went above and beyond cleaning our pool today. This was her regular weekly service call that required her to work much harder and more diligent than normal resulting in my pool never looking so good! So, my thanks, praise and congratulations to Georgia for a job extremely well done!
I've been using Integrity Pool service for about 3 months and have been more than satisfied with their responsiveness, professionalism and most of all their competence.

Have always been happy with my service whether it was my pool getting cleaned by Moy, our filter getting its semi annual rinse, or a standard repair. The communication and timeliness of repairs is always top notch. I never feel like I’m being swindled and the techs are always happy to explain to me how a specific part works or its importance.

Integrity Pools gave our pool a complete refresh with new tile and plaster. The process was a breeze. We worked with Chris on the planning and design and project manager Trace to get the build done. Every person who worked on the project was fantastic!

Wanna come swim in my pool? No. No one would. Integrity Pools started off strong and then has progressively gotten worse over time. I had high hopes, however, when you can’t control algae, it makes me wonder what else is being skipped over.

My video cameras showed employees emptying baskets and then leaving. No water chemical check. I complained and they changed the service tech. Got better, and then the pool water smelled and I called again. They changed the pool tech again and the smell went away. One time, I watched a pool tech check the Polaris pool cleaner and the bag had a huge hole in it. Not one pool tech ever wrote in their notes that the bag needed to be replaced. I can’t tell you how many pool techs I’ve been through.

Not much has changed and I’ve given them so many chances.

The last tech told me I could get a free dirt vacuum if I leave a five star review. (Which I thought was supposed to be done once a month):

“Hi this is Thomas from integrity pools if you leave a 5 star review with my name in it by the time I get to your pool you get a free dirt vacuum if you’re interested no cost to you”

And yes, I was out of town and the gate was locked last week so the tech couldn’t get to the pool. However, if the pool chemicals were being checked and balanced on a regular basis, there wouldn’t be this amount of algae.

So I ask you…Is this worthy of a five star review? No. It’s not.

David rendered the designs up in 3D software, and walked us through the entire project life cycle. They were transparent in pricing, and everything was detailed and spelled out in our contract. The team was responsive and worked with us throughout the entire life of the project. Our end result is beyond our expectations, within your planned budget, and true to life to what was in the 3D rendering.

Our pool has never looked better with Josh and Integrity Pools. We used them for tile replacement and then for comprehensive weekly cleaning. Excellent work. Josh leaves a written report on our patio after every visit detailing his work. Price is reasonable - less than our former company and they do more work. Highly recommend!

David was very responsive and helpful in our scope development process. He visited the property, took detailed measurements and helped us sketch out ideas.

We got what we thought we wanted from the design without any issues and his collaborative, non-pressuring approach made it easy to work with for first time pool owners.

There is a reason Integrity Pools was on the Best Pick Reports. We weren’t even sure we could a decent size pool in our yard, but David came in with an incredible design and made it come to life with the help and huge efforts of their contractors. They’ve been around a while and knew who to call or where to go when we hit any bumps with electrical, plumbing, patio etc. Dustin was the lead on the build process and was very easy to get in touch with and kept us updated throughout. 10/10 recommend Integrity Pools.

I was introduced to System Pavers while attending the Home and Garden show this past spring at the Allen Event Center. An appointment was scheduled an Tim met me at my home at the appointed time. Tim is a design consultant who spent quality time with me to understand what I was wanting to accomplish. He spent a few days mapping out our design before meeting again. After a few adjustments, a final plan was agreed upon. Jason, the crew chief, then met with me to go over the design. Jason is great! He made sure the material and crew were where they needed to be and checked in throughout the project. I would recomend System Pavers to anyone who expects a professional experience from start through finish.

Got 3 different quotes from 3 different companies for a fire pit I had been wanting for the last 3 years: first was the cheapest by $4 grand, but after asking to see their work, it showed. Next was System Pavers and another company--both were fairly comprable, except for THE WARRANTY. These guys stand by their work PERIOD. So I ended up going with Sytem. Brian took all the time needed to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, including stopping by my house after hours with samples. When it finally came time to start, his crew put the work in, all right before the large snow days we had last month. This, natutally, caused a slowdown. Along the way there were a few snags, one of miscommunication between the PM and crew regarding moving dirt, and another regarding a few of the installed stones being chipped...both issued were corrected swiftly, effective and graciously. Brian and the PM came out just prior to it being finished and noted and exchanged a few other stones that they noted had slight cracks which I didnt even notice. Added additional sand, cleaned mortar and the facade of the pit. This company more than any other I've used are proud of their work and reputation. In the end, I absolutely chose correctly. Brian was there for me from start to finish, didn't pull a "I got your business now leave me alone." To top it off, he even offered to cater dinner on the first night I was to use it to make up for those few snags--something he absolutely did not have to do, but was happy to. If you're in the market for a fire pit, GO WITH BRIAN & SYSTEM PAVERS. They will work for your business.

My husband and I recently had our backyard patio removed and replaced with a paver patio by System Pavers. One of our best remodeling decisions ever! Jason was very helpful. After listening to my design thoughts, he made a recommendation that gave my patio the pizzazz I was looking for. His team was quick and efficient, and replaced a chipped stone without any problems or hesitation. If you are thinking about having a paver patio installed, look no further. We recently had a project at our residence by System Pavers. We were very pleased when the project was finally completed. Greg, the project supervisor was very good at keeping us informed and making sure that the project was completed per our specifications.

Took advantage of the free demolition and haul off special and they Transformed an old rotting wood deck into a beautiful patio. They were not the cheapest option, but the work speaks for itself.
The only problem I have now is making the rest of the yard live up to the patio
