DO NOT RECOMMEND! Prospective clients should be extremely cautious; the company is not accountable for and failed to honor the promises made during the sales process by its sales team. We invested roughly 60K in a project and the company failed to deliver key aspects of the scope discussed and agreed upon during the extensive sales process. When we raised this issue, the company's excuse was that the sales representative we worked with was no longer “available”, claiming the commitments we relied on were never properly recorded or transitioned internally. This is an unwarranted breach of trust and a severe lack of internal accountability. Using an employee's turnover as justification for breaching the agreed-upon project scope is a heinous and unprofessional business practice.

Our turf is beautiful and pavers for the edging really finished the yard . Everyone we worked with was very professional. Project manager, Jason sent me a text everyday with time of arrival

This was a very pleasant experience. Juan helped us every step of the process and kept us updated on progress. My Wife and I are extremely happy with the finished product. Thank you System Pavers for the great work!

From start to finish, the experience was pleasant. Before selecting System Pavers, we received multiple estimates from other companies that projected a "sales-men" approach. However, we immediately noticed the difference when we first set the appointment with customer service. Then, Mr. Kenneth "Kenny" Hallman, the design consultant, arrived at our home to provide a System Pavers presentation with quick grasp visuals. His approach was to advise and recommend the many choices they had available. Ultimately, we could select what we wanted within our estimated budget. We never felt pressured into X type of material or color. His openness and expertise led us in the right direction.

After agreeing on a project date, we immediately got the Project Manager, Mr. Jason A. Gonzalez, to reach out and keep us abreast of all timelines related to our project.

I am pleased with the crew's performance; they went above and beyond to help us clean our area and bring the project to life. The project came out as planned and took 50% less than the projected time. We also received a guide with our new patio's warranty and maintenance procedures.

I highly recommend System Pavers and will contract them for future projects.

Jason and Dallas crew did an amazing job. Everything went good as expected. Very detailed orientated and the before and after was incredible. Can't be more happier with both the results and this company. Totally recommended! (Richardson, Dallas)

We are very pleased with the design work done by Brian Curry, Design Consultant at System Pavers. He understood what we wanted and designed a fabulous back patio consisting of pavers, turf and whiite marble rock. The project was completed in record time and work quality and transformation of back patio is just fantastic.
We are waiting for warmer days to enjoy our back patio.
Thank you Brian and all other members of System Pavers Team who did a superb job. System Pavers is the best company for outside remodeling job.

After reviewing several photos, I decided to hire System Pavers to replace my backyard patio. The design consultant, Charles, was patient while explaining the entire install process and went the extra mile in helping me confirm the final colors. It took a month after signing the contract before any work was scheduled, but once started, the experience was excellent! Chris expertly managed the construction and was terrific at communicating each day’s goal. He answered all my questions and even had the crew return after the install to replace a few pavers he didn’t like. They aim to please. As for the work crew, they were almost super human with the wheel barrel and shovel, as they appeared to never tire. It was obvious in their teamwork they’d worked together for quite some time. I am very pleased with the final product. Not sure what the 25 year warranty work is like, but System Pavers is top-notch with initial installs.

We had 5 star service from start to finish. Our sales person, Brent, was awesome to work with and help us put our plan in motion. Juan and his team were good to work with. Juan was able to communicate with his team and whenever we had a concern or issue, Juan was there to make it right. We are extremely satisfied with our new backyard and paver area for some plants.

Love my new patio! Due to working the project in December, and the number of projects they were involved in, there were a few delays in getting my patio completed in the time frame given, but Jason, Chris and the guys did a great job! The project is solid and very beautiful. I am very happy with the finished project!

I wish Google would let me give six stars. Jason and his team leapt so far above my expectations…and I expected a LOT! Fabulous. Just fabulous!!!

We had a great experience working with System Pavers to install paver walkways. From the start, their sales rep Kenneth Hallman took our idea and designed an awesome walkway that is not only functional but beautiful and will add curb appeal and value tour home.
The work quick and on-schedule, with great communications from the Jason Avila and Chris Flansburg. Both are very knowledgeable of the product and installation.
The quality and workmanship was great, with an industry best warranty will help enjoy the walkway for years to come. Prior to having these pavers installed the space was not functional for what we needed it to be and because it was traveled on the grass was beat down and hard to maintain.

Jason Gonzalez and the crew did a great job working the plan, but they were also extremely helpful and creative in coming up with solutions when the plan met the real world! We love our new patio and plan to use System Pavers for the phase 2 Jason proposed.

Great experience with System Pavers. They’re so official and the finished product was even better than the photos. Serena really helped me pick a wonderful plan and setup on my schedule. Once installed we got great instructions on how to care for our pavers and what to expect. Really impressed with my project manager, Jesus, as well. He helped finalize my original choices to fit my space and kept me updated with the progress. The crew cleaned up beautifully and was very efficient. We hired System Pavers for our side patio and walkway. Right from the design stage to the execution stage, we had a great experience. Our design consultant, Dan Grider, made excellent suggestions and walked us through options to implement a plan. Our project manager, Juan Garcia, was very professional. He communicated well and always kept us informed about the project updates. His crew was great as well. We love our new patio and will return to this company for other backyard projects. We would recommend System Pavers without any hesitation.

Loved working with Brian from Systems Pavers because he is an expert designer. He listened to what I was hoping for with my driveway design, matched the choice of pavers to the rest of the house and surroundings, and worked diligently on the contract agreement. I also loved working with Jesus, the manager of the actual project. I became worried when the freezing weather delayed the workers because it was just impossible to continue during the freeze. I communicated with Brian and Jesus and they assured me that it will all get done. It was! My driveway looks spectacular now. This was a big project and I feel totally delighted seeing my pavers every day. Great job, System Pavers and thank you very, very much!!

Showed up on a Friday at 11am. Entire job completed at 7pm that day. Hard workers that did a great job. Both construction supervisors, Juan and Thomas, were great to deal with. Glad System Pavers specializes in just one item and their experience showed it!

Jason did an amazing job in managing our exterior stair project, his attention to detail and care for customer satisfaction was top tier, one I have not experienced throughout any renovation/repair service. He made certain our sanding was a proper color with clean lines, brick was sustaining quality even during the harsh days of weather, check in on the progress of the crew constantly, and so much more. System Pavers executed a beautiful reno that made the world of a difference for our curb appeal, I highly recommend hiring them for your next project!

System pavers crew did a fantastic job in my backyard, converting my small lawn into a pavers patio and part turf. I am very pleased with the outcome and how it all turned out. The managers Chris and Jesus were very helpful and co-ordinated the job very well. Overall I am very happy with a job very well done and am very thankful to the entire team at System pavers.

Jason and his team worked really good, however Chris, I believe the project manager of our backyard project has refused to honor any warranty work or even complete the project as they were paid in full by financing! I have given them over 6 months with barely any responses and then the last response was Chris stating they will not be doing any work.

Myself and the finance company have reached out numerous times to show them the project was paid in full... still no one out here to not only complete things but to fix things as well which is eating time off my warranty!

They wont even give me my final invoice of my second project, the front yard, to complete the rest of the 90% payment! Then blame me for not paying!

Do not use! It has been a nightmare working with Chris. Things that were discussed in initial sales meeting was not upheld as well as they state they have no record of such conversations. Record everything!
