Constraction reviews in Richardson, Texas

Fast and reliable! I had an issue with my garage door springs and in less than 24 hours it was fixed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone with garage problems. It was a bit pricy but you get what you pay for. Plus a warranty. Don’t try to do it yourself and make things worse. Call the pros

The most wonderful service!! Thomas was so kind and came over to fix my garage issues on a Saturday within 45 minutes after I called. I was referred to him by a dear friend and I’m so grateful. I will be using Superior Overhead forevermore! Thank you!

The garage door opener stopped working. I called several local garage door companies. Several of them spoke in broken English (very hard to understand them), and their prices were HUGE! Luckily, I saw Thomas' company. Within 1 minute, I could tell he knew everything there was to know about the job. He arrived on time, and within 5 minutes he determined the opener could be fixed! He picked up the needed part and fixed it! Thomas saved me over $800. I also asked if he could look at my neighbor's door as well. He adjusted her sensors, and she was fixed as well! You'll never meet a better man.

I received prompt quality service from Superior overhead door & gate. Thomas Jordan was at my house within 35 mins after I contacted him. Just like he said he would be. He gave me options and he didn’t try to sell me products and repairs that I didn’t need. He resolved the garage door issue quickly and at a fair price. I am very impressed with Thomas. He was professional, fair & honest. A very nice gentleman. The company offers other services. I will be contacting Thomas again for an upcoming project that I am planning. I highly recommend Thomas Jordan with Superior overhead door & gate you will be glad that you did.

Great service! Beyond impressed with how quickly Superior Overhead came out and had our garage back up and running. Realized the spring to our garage door was broken right before noon…everything was fixed by 1:30. Thomas was in and out and so friendly. Definitely recommend them for any garage needs or repairs!

Great experience and would highly recommend. Superior was through with their inspection of our home and provided 1st class service.

Thomas did a fantastic job installing my new garage door operator. He was professional, efficient, and informative throughout the entire process. The installation was quick but thorough, and he took the time to explain everything along with tips on garage door maintenance. I’m very happy with the results!

I had an issue with my garage door opener and reached out to this company. They came out the same day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it fixed in no time. The technician was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. It’s rare to find service this prompt and reliable these days. Totally recommend!

Superior Roofing did excellent work on our complete roof and gutter replacement. James and his team were very responsive and professional and they provided quick service that was done to perfection. James was also very helpful when working with our insurance company to make sure the claim was done properly. He was always available to answer questions and kept us informed every step of the way. He explained everything clearly, followed through on his promises, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend James and Superior Roofing!

With me being in the mortgage business for almost 30 years I have a large realtor and builder referral system that uses Superior Overhead almost exclusively. Thomas and his team have not only taken care of my personal replacement but have helped many realtors and homeowners I have referred to them.

This is for TJ and the YEARS of excellence they have shown to me through the years. Not only did they help me the month after I got my first home and had some damage we were not aware of but 6 years later I have to call on them again and we’re so quick to get me on the books and make magic happen so we could continue to enjoy the home!

If you need help with preserving your home or roof or something else reach out! Talented collective here and I am so happy I saved their number all those years ago!

Pedro was awesome! He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, and did a great job resurfacing my tub. He answered all my questions, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterward. Thank you, Superior and Pedro, for the excellent service!

Wow! Best general contractor I’ve ever experienced. From garage doors, to full turns, maintenance and even small jobs, Thomas and his team are responsive, thorough and fairly priced. I appreciate you guys tons! You will always have my business

Best “work order” ever! Our technician, Fabian, was outstanding. He wanted to explain what he was doing for my comfort and confidence, and perfectly cleaned the area he worked in. He replaced an entire wall panel and portion of the ceiling that were damaged when we moved in.

Everything is better than new and I hope to have them out again for any future issues!

Mailk was very friendly and very passionate about his job. I was in the blind about Solar Roofs. I learned so much from him and I am happy I chose to go green. The amount of money I am saving now and for the rest of my life is pretty amazing. I wish I would have looked into this along time ago. better late than never! The process was so easy to get approved and he explained everything in simple terms. I highly recommend this company.
