State Farm was initially difficult to work with but Craig was persistent and got out roof approved. I would highly recommend that you call Craig at Home Pro if you are in need of a high quality roof. Mandy and Tarah are THE BEST! From beginning to end they have been extremely communicative. We were in the Sanger hail storm, and our roof was messed up. Previously, we had another company that we thought would help, but they didn't, and we decided to leave them and they threatened to sue (HCO construction DO NOT do business with them). Tarah immediately eased our minds and advised us through that issue. She even gave us her own written letter to give to them since we were NOT binned to any contract with the previous company. After that mess, they got to work right away. Everything was done very quickly and we had a new roof! Jesse and his crew were amazing as well. Very punctual and very thoughtful. They made sure everything was clean and neat before they left. I HIGHLY recommend Mandy, Tarah and Jesse. They were amazing and I will be using them for any roofing needs from here on out.

Ivan from New Elite Roofing is great. I called on a Saturday and he came out 1st thing Monday morning. He really helped me out with fast and honest service. I will definitely use New Elite Roofing again.

Contacted Ivan for a home insurance inspection and clogged gutters. He came out the next day, inspected the roof, unclogged the main gutter, and issued his report. Luckily, everything was clear this time but we'll be calling back the next time we need a roofer.

I was in search of someone to perform a roof inspection on my new home and Ivan from New Elite Roof and Gutters came through.

This year brought not only a gnarly amount of snow, but a sizable hail storm shortly after, followed by a few more hail storms over the spring and summer months. As a new homeowner, I wanted reassurance that my roof was okay. Ivan came out the next day, listened to my concerns, thoroughly checked my roof, and provided pics of his findings.

I can't stress how much I appreciated this because I contacted a couple roofers and when they heard my roof isn't a year old yet, they insisted it was fine because it's young and resilient. Those guys never got on the roof to know for sure (one guy didn't even come to my house!). Ivan's not like that. He got on the roof and put my mind at ease with definitive proof and that is truly valuable to me. It goes to show that the folks at New Elite Roof care about their customers and their roofs. They don't see an inspection as a waste of time, but rather an opportunity to lessen stress for a homeowner.

While my roof and gutters had some dimples here and there, Ivan assured me that my roof's structurally sound and I have nothing to worry about. When hail season comes around next year and the year after that, I'm giving Ivan a call. He's friendly, patient, and I trust his expertise.

Iván came by to do a roof inspection. I bought my house in August and was told during that inspection that there were a few holes and some flashing that needed repair. Iván was very professional and kind. He explained what he saw and showed me pictures. He also told me how to clean my gutters. When I asked for a quote, he told me he didn’t know what to even ask for the little work he saw and just went ahead and made the repairs for me. I appreciate it so much and recommend New Elite Roof!

I called this company to repair a leak from the roof of my sunroom. This company responded right away and sent Ivan. A company denied my request because the job was small. What a “ breath of fresh air”😄 Ivan was pleasant and honest - a trait that is rare in this kind of business. He quickly identified the problem, fixed it and did not oversell me with other things. He took time to explain what the problem was and made recommendations without any pressure. His excellent customer service is highly commendable! I will be using this company for gutter enhancement and installation in the very near future.

I do not know how this company gets all 5 stars review because based on my experience, they deserve less than 1 star. My family and I needed our roof repair from a recent heavy rain. Water started coming into the bedroom in one corner only. We had looked up a lot of companies and was really looking for a company that would do repairs rather than suggesting to replace the entire roof. We didn't want to go through insurance unless necessary. Saw the reviews on this company and thought it was good since a lot of people mentioned that Ivan suggest more repairs than replace. We called New Elite Roofing and Ivan answered right away. That was pretty much the only good thing about this company. It all went downhill from there. So we called on a Thursday and Ivan said he can come Friday or Saturday. With work, we said it would be better Saturday. He said he would come on Saturday sometime in the morning and to send him the address. We sent him our address and waited until Saturday.

Saturday comes and it's pouring like crazy. I thought that no roofer is going to come when it's pouring rain because it would be difficult to inspect which was understandable. Ivan of course didn't come Saturday morning. It stopped raining around 1pm and didn't really rain any day after that. Ivan was no where to be found. Not only did he not come, he didn't call or text to let us know he wasn't coming. Weekend came and go and no peep from Ivan. We called Ivan on Tuesday because Monday was pretty busy. When we called, Ivan proceeded to tell us that the phone number we texted was not a number that was able to receive text. He could have said so when he told us to text him when we made the appointment. It's not like we've used their services before to know what the exact phone number to text him at. Red flag.

When we called him, again he was very responsive. He told us the number to text him and rescheduled to Wednesday. We text him the address and verified he got the address. He got the address and we waited on Wednesday. He didn't tell us when he was coming Wednesday (2nd red flag), just basically we would have to wait for him on Wednesday to come like the good old days of scheduling for a cable guy. They just come whenever they can and you basically have to be home to catch them.

Wednesday came and no peep from Ivan. When it got dark, we figured Ivan wasn't coming. Again Ivan ghosted us. We text him the next day and he did not respond. We texted him again the following day and he said if he can reschedule. That was the last straw. Are you kidding me right now? We went by the dates you gave us of when you can come. We didn't even ask you to come a certain date and time and you basically did no show no call. What kind of business are you trying to run? If you are busy then just let us know. There are plenty of other companies out there. We could have called a different company to take care of it while the weather was good. This is one of the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with and that is a red flag for you to not use this company if they can't even be courteous enough to contact you to let you know they can't come.

New Elite Roofing did a great job on our roof. Ivan took care of all the insurance details and gave us a good price on upgraded shingles. Pleased with the results.

Ivan fixed our chimney leak for a fraction of what other highly rated roofing people quoted us. He is a great communicator, and does exactly what is needed to fix the issue for a very fair and reasonable price.

We had a complete roof replacement, gutter replacement, screen replacement, as well as sheetrock repair, replacement, and repair done on the interior. Roof replacement included new roof vents and flashing. The work was done due to a bad hailstorm.

Ivan was very customer-focused and responsive. The quality of the work is great. When two small leaks occurred at two points of flashing Ivan was out on Saturday with a workman to fix the issue. (This is a common issue with new roofs.) He came on Saturday after we notified him late Friday afternoon and after we told him the leaks were small and not causing damage inside. After the gutters were replaced touch-up painting was done on eaves. The gutter work even improved the drainage system; a downspout was moved and a drain pan was improved by the front door so water no longer cascades on the porch when it rains. For the interior work, the workmen draped the area so that floors, cabinets, and furniture were protected. Clean-up was thorough inside and out. Everything looks great!

Ivan is efficient. He sends calendar invites so that you know when the different aspects of the work will be done. When Ivan says the work will start at 7:00 a.m. it definitely does. Our repairs were challenging as Ivan and his crew worked around the recent rains. Our roof insatll was delayed a day due to rain. The gutter workers came back several times to finish the work as touch-up painting and caulking cannot be done in the rain. Ivan also texts and calls to ensure that you know what is occurring and to respond to questions or concerns. Ivan did a walk-through with us to make sure we were satisfied with the work. His quotes are clear and detailed. Pricing is fair.

We would definitely hire New Elite Roof again. We would recommend them.

We needed a small part of our roof repaired from where our satellite dish had fallen off. Ivan came out quickly and gave me an estimate on how much replacing the shingles would cost, the price was very fair. They completed the work quickly and it looks like new! We certainly will use them again and would recommend them to others.

Ivan Delgado came by my house earlier to inspect my roof for hail damage. He checked my roof and took photos to show me that my roof is good. I find him to be an honest person and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a roofer. I have recommended him to my family and our church friends.

As a senior citizen, it is a chore to find reputable and reasonable craftsman for small but important repairs. Ivan responded to my call immediately...his partner answered the call and was courteous and listened to my plea for a small shingle repair at as reasonable a rate as possible.
Ivan was just here at my house. He went up on the roof and said the tiles were still there and he fixed them in about 5 minutes. I'm not sure he'd want me to tell you his charge but for me...it was a blessing.

Elite Roof is outstanding. I would trust recommending them. Ivan was quick to respond and do a beautiful job at a very affordable price. After the installation I wanted a small change done. He continued to respond, came out and made the requested change. I wish all contractors were as easy to work with. If you have roofing or gutter needs, relax and hire a real pro-New Elite Roof.

Ivan is an honest guy who fixes what needs to be fixed and doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. I'm so grateful to him for making a special trip to fix my roof before it rained a few weeks ago. Since then we've had torrential downpours, and there have been no leaks in our roof whatsoever, so I know he did a good job. His prices are more than fair, and I would recommend this business to anyone.
