Constraction reviews in Richardson, Texas

Ivan came to my house to check out a leak by my chimney on a Sunday afternoon. He climbed up on the roof and spent 20 minute inspecting everything. Came back down and told me he didn’t see anything. He caulked a few spots that he thought maybe an issue. Told me to call if any issues (Four heavy rainstorms and no issues). I offered to pay something for his time, but he refused. Great guy and will be using them in the future!!

Fantastic company. We had a small job that needed to be addressed and most companies wouldn't even call us back. Ivan not only answered the call but was able to fit us in very quickly and address the issue. We will be recommending Ivan and New Elite Roofing to our friends and neighbors and they will be our first call for any future issues. Thank you, Ivan!

Ivan and his crew just did a new roof for us. The entire process was fantastic. Ivan was informative and clear during the estimation inspection. He was patient and thorough in all the information we asked for. He gave us our estimate on Saturday and was able to schedule us for the same week. The crew showed up in the morning and when they left in the evening everything was clean and we had an awesome new roof!

My fascia repair was a breeze thanks to New Elite Roofing! A minor rotten spot emerged, and Manager Ivan promptly visited for an afternoon estimate. The next morning, Technician Grando was on site by 9 a.m. He replaced the fascia in a single hour, then swiftly color-matched paint at Home Depot and finished the job with a flawless flourish. Everything was smooth, professional, and done right – a rare gem in the contractor world! Highly recommend New Elite Roofing!

Ivan responded quickly to my request to fix a roof soffit. It was a small job but he gave me a quote quickly and had his crew out The Same Day to fix it. Great quality job for a fair price.

Wonderful experience. I was really not sure what the process was with insurance, but Ivan knew exactly what to do. He guided me through the process step by step and I cannot be happier with the result.

Ivan and his crew were awesome. No surprise costs and I even told him no after receiving a cheaper bid. Of course, that bid fell through and Ivan remained professional and gave me feedback even after I said no. I then immediately went with Ivan. He encountered extra problems on the project and didn’t charge me a penny more. The whole project only took 2 days. He gave me photo updates throughout the whole process. One of the few roofers that does the interior work as well. That makes a huge difference. They stand behind their work

I had to install new gutters on my property and repair water damage in the roof. Ivan gave me a better price than any other company. He also performed a high quality job in a timely manner. I'm very happy with the quality of his work and will definitely contact him again if needed!

Incredible experience with New Elite Roofing. We had a leak coming from the roof into our bedroom. Ivan came over and checked it out, fixed it quickly, and was very fair with his pricing. I will definitely use New Elite in the future--great honest and knowledgeable business with a fantastic owner.

Ivan came out a day after I scheduled an appointment to assess a leak that was caused by yesterday's heavy rain. He quickly identified the issue and suggested a solution that I can take care of myself. If that approach doesn't adequately address the problem, he provided some alternative fixes that he would come out and implement. I appreciate his honesty and pragmatic approach to solving my issue.

Ivan and his team at New Elite Roofing were great. Ivan was professional in his communications, sending calendar invites for when they would be at our house and providing samples of the color options during the quote process. His team installed gutters on our home quickly, efficiently, and at the quoted price. They even made some on-the-spot changes that made a big difference in how well the downspouts blend into our house. Highly recommend working with them!

It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Ivan and New Elite Roofing. I had some roofing damage that another "highly rated" contractor wanted to replace my entire roof for. I felt something was off and so did my insurance adjuster (long story short he suspected fraud).

I was able to get Ivan out personally to inspect my roof within the same day. I didn't mention my previous roofing contractor. Not only did he recommend not replacing the roof but was willing to make a few small repairs for free (sealing a few loose clay roof tiles).

I ended up having him replace the majority of the rotting wood roof trim and siding for a very reasonable price, and I couldn't be happier with the workmanship. They managed to match the existing exterior paint, as well as reattach my house number/lights without me having to ask.

Ivan did a great job helping with my roof and gutters.
I highly recommend New Elite Roofing &Construction.
1 day installation and great quality work!!!

Had the hail and thunderstorm event occur last spring and with the size of the hail, I felt it was best to get the roof inspected. Had several roofers come out and review damage. The team at New Elite was the most courteous, up front, and supportive of providing a quote using the measurements they took of the exterior.
This is what supported my decision six months after the initial consult to work with them on the project. The team and I had great communication regarding scheduling the project, reviewing the quote and each line item and ensuring we had great payment options.
There was no back and forth about the materials or bait and switch with builder grade product or any of the non-sense that other roofers had tried with me during their separate quote processes.
New Elite was quick, efficient, and the clean up after the project was more than I had anticipated and I would recommend them over others that may door knock after storms simply from the ease of the consultation and quote process through the scheduling and completion. Honest, with high integrity and great workmanship for the scope of the project.

Ivan and his team did an excellent job repairing our metal roof. We had four different areas of our metal roof that were leaking into our home and needed immediate repair work before the next round of storms that were forecasted to arrive the following week. Ivan came to the rescue with an immediate response and competitive estimate. Ivan was professional, courtesy, knowledgeable and responsive. He and his team used quality materials to repair the leaks and did a thorough job waterproofing our roof including all 3 of our skylights. We greatly appreciate his work ethic and the quality work for a reasonable price. We highly recommend him and his team!

After the recent hail in Dallas, I contacted Ivan and his team for the free roof inspection. He took pictures and show me the state of my roof, walked me through the claiming process with the insurance company and helped me got it approved. He and his team then done an excellent job of installing our new roof, keep the surrounding area of my house clear and cleaned up after installation. Would really recommend his team to everyone in Dallas/Richardson area.

Impressed with Mr. Delgado's professionalism and really appreciated the before & after pictures of my roof. Will use again in the future

I’ve worked with Ivan on a few occasions. He’s always great to work with. Most recently, his team came out and inspected my roof the day I called. It was the day before a second round of storms was due. They found the source of the leak which was my old satellite dish. The guys removed it and also replaced two old exhaust vents. They patched the roof with a perfect match of shingles. Ivan doesn’t try to upsell, he just gets the job done. I gladly recommend New Elite Roofing.

A tree damaged our roof and created a hole in our attic. We discovered the problem the day before a rain storm was due. I called New Elite because of their excellent reviews and they did not disappoint. Ivan went above and beyond to get out to my home the same day and completely repaired my roof before the rain arrived. Ivan was very responsive, and professional, and provided quality work at a fair price. We have no doubt who we will use for all future roofing needs.

I called Ivan after a major hail storm in Wylie. He answered the phone was very responsive and timly. He's very accomdating and very quick to get the repair process started. Our roof and all other items were completed within about 1 week.
If anything arises in the future we know who to call

I contacted New Elite Roofing for some minor repair work from recent storm damage -- a few shingles missing. On the second story, and difficult to access. Ivan responded the same day, and since he was in the area, he was able to stop by and make the repair right away -- excellent work, and I am super pleased. Very friendly and also found an additional shingle missing I had missed. Many thanks! My highest recommendation.
