Homepro did a roof and we had a great experience. Putting on a new roof is never a pleasant experience but Homepro did the job in a day. They had great followup after the project was complete. Scott was great to work with front be roofing team. Tarah was awesome at walking me thru the entire insurance process and checking each of the steps along the way. Gave us great support. We couldn't be more pleased.

I got my roof done yesterday by HomePro and am extremely pleased with the result! Tarah was very professional and helped me through the process. My insurance originally denied my roof on a prior claim and Tarah assured me things would be different this time, and they were! I learned about HomePro from a satisfied customer and family member. They spoke highly of Tarah being professional and that proved to be true. The insurance company denied my claim twice after being with them for over 7 years. After I filed my first claim with State Farm, they inspected my roof and determined that it was damaged from neglect therefore they couldn’t repair it. HomePro also inspected the roof and reported wind damage. I went back and forth with the insurance company for about six months, this included a couple of inspections, and involved adjusters at the last two appraisals. We were finally approved for a settlement to repair the roof after seven months and multiple storms. Thanks to Tarah with HomePro we will be getting our roof repaired.

I have 2 houses in Wylie,TX that have both been through a few major hail storms in the past 10 years…. Homepro is by far the only roofing company that wasn’t pushy or a waste time. Lauren made the whole process simple and easy. She promptly answered any questions I had and she fought the insurance adjuster to repair more than quoted from insurance. With a home built in 1953, I asked Lauren to quote me on a couple extra roof turbines vents and gutter guards. Well, she gave me a quote & a better upgrade (roof vents) about 1/3 of anyone else. They truly care about the customer. The quality, clean up, speed, and customer service is the reason I will only use Homepro in the future!

I had a great experience with Home Pro. Craig was professional, responsive and communicated with integrity. State Farm was initially difficult to work with but Craig was persistent and got out roof approved. I would highly recommend that you call Craig at Home Pro if you are in need of a high quality roof. The roof and installation process exceeded my expectations.
