Excellent job, very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, very nice people. Highly recommend them. When it comes to price, they won't rip you off. It's my second time I used this business and they wiI stay the one company I will use in the future for electrical reapairs.

We had to replace our breaker box, have a few outlets added here and there, and add a new circuit for our dryer when we got our house. We compared online reviews for local electricians and we're glad we paid attention to the reviews for these guys. They showed up on time for the estimate, which was free, and quoted a price that was literally almost half what two other electricians quoted us. When they came back for the work a couple days later they were very professional, got all our work done in one day, and we paid exactly what their quote was. No surprise costs or anything. Definitely going to these guys for any electrical work needed at our home in the future.

We wanted a ceiling fan installed in a first floor room where there was no light fixture and no open attic space above it. Their electricians had the expertise, skills, and tools to not only install the fan, but they didn't need to cut ANY additional holes in the sheet rock. We could not be any more pleased - On time, quick and skilled with the work, honest pricing, and a joy to work with. I highly recommend these guys, and thanks again!

These guys did a bunch of projects for us in one day. They are knowledgeable, professional and they do it right. They even fixed several issues that the last electrician didn’t do correctly. This is the 3rd job they’ve done for us, and we look forward to having them do all of our electrical projects in the future.

I would give these guys more than 5 stars if possible! I called them at 3pm on a week day (totally expecting at least a few days wait for work to be done). They came out as soon as they were done with their current job. Tom answered the phone politely and professionally. His phone communication with me regarding basic information such as timeframe and pricing were very easy to understand. They were able to diagnose AND fix our issue in the same day! I am seriously impressed with these guys. Not only did they work quickly and get our problem fixed but they explained the entire process to me in a way that I could understand.. which shows they care about their work. I appreciate these guys for helping us and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing electrical work!

Very friendly, and knowledgeable. They came by the same day to provide an estimate, ended up coming back a few hours later to complete the installation. The price was definitely fair given the immediate service and doing exactly what we wanted. They installed some new wiring and conduit tubing for my shops new lift. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with DK Electricians. They were professional and personable. When they encountered a problem with our studs, they ran to the store to buy the correct spot and made sure everything was done correctly. They did not cut corners and their estimate was spot on with what I actually paid.

Tom was amazing - I had called D&K because we had a problem with one of the circuits in our house. Tom was responsive and quick on fixing issues! Tom was absolutely wonderful- quality of work, competency, customer service, and people skills. Highly recommend D&K lighting and Tom! I had a great experience with DK Electricians.

Called today and happen to catch Tom on his way back to the shop. We needed a new switch as our dimmer switch stopped working few weeks ago. Happen to catch Tom minutes from our house and literally took him 2 minutes to arrive and 10 minutes to fix switch and he was out the door and on to the next electrical need. Thank you so much Tom for your kindness of willingness to stop by right then and fix a huge our main light in kitchen over dinner table. Now we can see what we are eating. You guys are the best. I will call you soon when we decide on ceiling fans for the rooms.

A phone call to schedule an appointment for a circuit breaker intermittently flipping off resulted in this electrician pulling off road to have a conversation and actually recommending a few things to check for me to self diagnose and fix. Turns out one of those suggestions was exactly the problem – an outside outlet on a GFCI circuit. I was able to fix the problem easily with an outside extension cord issue.
Really appreciate the above and beyond effort to help me diagnose a problem that was not required and not even requested by me. Will be my next call for any electrical issues. Much much appreciated. Highly recommended.

I worked with Tom years ago to help fix issues at my mother's house and remember it was a rare positive experience with high marks in integrity. This time Tom couldn't make it due to another job so he sent out Adam and I didn't catch the other guy's name. Nice guys. They too are super honest. I thought I had severed a power wire drilling through the wall to run cat6 cables for CCTV PoE, because my drill died and the light switch no longer functioned. I checked the breaker box, nothing tripped. It turns out I didn't severe a wire. The breaker box tripped but it was one of those trips that didn't flip the switch. So... it was an easy fix. They could have lied about what was wrong and charged me out the wazoo but they were honest and didn't charge me a cent. Literally... no charge. I asked if I could at least tip them and they refused. Really blown away. Now I'm gonna make a post on Nextdoor to spread the word about my good experience. Thanks guys I really appreciate it

I went with DK for a subpanel replacement and bathroom exhaust fan installations. They do great work, communication is perfect, and they've always been on time. I also had a situation where a power line to my house went down after an ice storm, but Oncor wouldn't repair it since part of my panel wasn't up to code. They were willing to wait 20 minutes for an electrician to come get it up to code, otherwise I would have been without power over the weekend with temperatures below freezing. DK rushed over and bailed me out.

Very professionally and take the time to listen to you as a customer. I had a long list of stuff and they went line item by line item with me making sure all my questions were answered. I never felt rushed and they were patient with me.

We’ve worked with DK since we bought our home almost four years ago. They’ve always been prompt, and priced fair. Tom, Taylor, and Brandon are great to work with and are very knowledgeable. The team has always taken time to explain the work they’re doing and answer our questions. I cannot recommend them DK enough.

I at last through a friend' s recommendation found a electrical company that I feel I can trust. Easy to schedule an appointment sith prompt service. I had a LONG list of repairs which included replacing a ceiling fan, replacing two outdoor outlets and installing a third one, replacing a shower fan, fixing faulty wiring and putting new light cover on. a shower light, fixing faulty wiring
and installing new porcelain fixture in attic, installing new outlets in a bathroom. They did all of this on less than five hours. Adam and Ian were the two electricians - they were very friendly and professional, and explained what work needed to be done and answered my questions. The day after they did all of this I accidently cut an extension cord while using a hedge clipper which refuse the GFCI and a main circuit. Adam and Ian were here in less than an hour and fixed the circuit problem with no extra fee . Tom, who does scheduling is very prompt in answering phone calls and texts. He will also tell you how you can fix the problem yourself without them doing a service call. All positive comments with no negatives.

Their crew helped a great deal in diagnosing the source of an issue where a breaker was tripping intermittently during dishwasher cycles. They did thorough investigations, and were great about finding the source of the issue which was a plumbing leak. They were diligent about finding the issue and willing to get their hands dirty to figure out what was going on.

I had some major electrical work done four years ago by Mr. Moore and he did an excellent job moving my circuit breaker box from inside a bedroom closet to outside wall of the home, bringing everything up to code specifications and did a beautiful job!!! So when I needed some more electrical work done I didn’t hesitate to call him, and I am delighted with the work that I have had done. Flip the Switch was recommended to me and they were fantastic! They ran a new power line and disconnect for a new HVAC that was being installed to a different side of the house. They also installed outdoor lighting. I was very concerned about ensuring that the new power runs looked neat and uniform and Benjamin delivered. Both projects look great and I would highly recommend Flip the Switch to anyone needing electrical work done!
