We completed a full panel upgrade and rewiring of our home. Plus, some additional lighting/exhaust installations. Benjamin communicated his arrival/departure times. He handled the communication with Oncor, supply drop offs etc. He explained each step along the way. He also answered all of our questions happily and believe me we had plenty of them!

FTS is the real deal. I needed to bring an almost 50 year old overloaded panel into the 21st century. These men absolutely crushed it, even fixing some errors the billboard bros made previously in their haste for my money. They were diligent and thorough with diagnosis and communication, on-time and under budget. Extremely courteous and honest professionals. I now have Ben on speed dial. Thank you boys!

Benjamin is the owner/operator of FTS and Hayden is his apprentice. I can’t recommend their services enough. After the intense summer storms that knocked out power for us, we hired FTS to install a home standby generator. I also needed an extra outlet installed in a guest bath and that was easily done as well! The price was fair and the workmanship was excellent. Benjamin and Hayden were ALWAYS courteous and professional and communicated every step along the way. They’re a great team who get 5 stars because Google doesn’t allow 6.

(Also the biggest moth I’ve seen decided to inspect the work and seemed to approve.)

Benjamin did a fantastic job switching out our defective light switches. Very very reasonably priced and efficient as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician.

I had just purchased a home that needed lots of electrical work, and out of all the electricians I had that came out to give me quotes and look the place over, Benjamin was the only one that discovered a huge buried junction box right off the bat. I immediately went with him. He installed a new panel, backup panel and backup battery system, new electrical drop, and fixed several circuits in my home that either had old, unsafe wiring or had shady work done on them in the past. He's probably touched near every wire in my house at this point, and I sleep better at night knowing it's safe now! He’s thorough, takes pride in his work, and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Can’t talk him up enough. I definitely plan on calling him again for any future electrical work.

Chris was great...used to install a Tesla Wall Connector. He has done many of them, he communicated well, followed up, and did good, clean work.

I highly recommend using Chris for any electrical needs you have. He's the only electrician that discovered a potential fire hazard compared to the other 3 I had out prior. Not only is Chris an expert in his field, he and his son were extremely professional, positive, and provided client service that I haven't seen in a long time!

Great experience. Used CitySquad to replace 9 light fixtures and put them all on smart switches. They arrived on time and knocked it all out. He was able to give me an estimate on pricing before he came out so I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of.

My experience with Chris at CitySquad Electrical was a SIX, but the Google reviews only allow five stars. He was professional, knowledgeable, prompt and extremely reasonably priced. Would hire him again and again.

Found CitySquad through recommendation and they were fantastic. I needed my entire breaker panel upgraded from a rather dangerous Fed Pacific panel (that would've caught on fire). This was predominantly to enable me to have a NEMA 14-50 plug installed for my Tesla. They did an outstanding and timely job - as well as spoke with me in regards to explaining the process behind the installation. I have and will strongly recommend these guys to anyone who needs a quality electrician around North Dallas.

First class service. Chris was able to figure out that my dryer problem was actually an issue with the wiring in my electrical box. He was the first of three who have looked at it, to find and solve the problem. I also want to thank him for showing up on time and for doing the work at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

Chris Bible and his son are Excellent. No job is too small. They have installed fans and repaired a broken line in my attic. They wear masks and are very covid conscious. Both very pleasant to talk to. Their charges are very reasonable.
I highly recommend them and will continue to call them back for any electrical work that I need done.

Chris Bible has got to be one of the nicest and most reputable people to do business with. He gave me a price quote over the phone. When he showed up, my non-intimidating self gave him additional work to do. When it was time for me to pay him, I thought he accidentally quoted me a lower amount. After kindly informing him that I believe he made an error with the total, he told me that he didn't feel he should charge me the initial amount, because the mission was a two second job for him.

This guy has now earned a lifetime customer and I will be recommending him to anyone who needs a recommendation for an electrician.
