I called CitySquad about an issue with lights flickering and Chris called me back. I explained that Oncor had already been out to the house and said there was no problem on their end. Chris suggested I check with the next door neighbor and see if they had the same problem because they would be on the same transformer and it sounded like an issue with the neutral burning up at the transformer. I checked with them and Chris was correct! Oncor finally fixed it after I reported what Chris said and the neighbor's issue. That's great service! Next time I need electrical work, CitySquad will be who I call.

Terrific service at a fair price. We had our front door lights replaced, dining room light replaced, living room and kitchen lights replaced, new outlet added to heater/AC closet, speaker wires run through attic to rear speakers and new outlet and circuit added behind TV stereo. They were friendly, professional, quick and competitively priced. Will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

We were having trouble with our lights and electrical plugs turning off and on randomly. Especially terrifying in the middle of the night and having an old alarm system go off every time the power came back on. Our landlord coordinated a couple of options but it was ultimately CitySquad who came out. They realized right away that the electrical panel had an incorrect screw that had fused and was causing the panel to arc. Thankfully, they were able to replace the panel quickly only needing a couple hours to knock it out. If you have any electrical issue they are very knowledgeable and will execute efficiently and flawlessly.

Chris and his son showed up on time and were professional and incredibly personable. They definitely make you feel comfortable and that you aren't just a number. Quality, honest, fast work was completed and they clarified along the way what they were doing and why. I couldn't recommend CitySquad Electrical more!

Chris came out after we had multiple electricians come through some stating that nothing was wrong or they could change our panel for some obscene amount of money. Chris was very thorough and took the time to explain everything that he could see was an issue or a potential hazard, as we indeed had some. As a first time homeowner it was refreshing and nice to have someone care enough to explain the process and certain procedures. I could go on, but I will finish with this, I would recommend Chris to any and everyone. He does outstanding work, and has the customer service that is so lacking these days.

Chris is THE GUY to go to in DFW for an EV charger install. Way more knowledgable regarding EVs than the handful of other electricians I talked to (he personally owns EVs as well), and he did an awesome job for a very competitive price. Will definitely be using him again in the future.

We needed a full panel replacement prior to getting moved into our new house. Chris was able to schedule the work around our difficult move, and work around us while we were trying to get organized/moved in. He also installed lighting that far exceeded my expectations, along with adding several outlets where we needed them. All the work was of high quality, done professionally, and accomplished in less time than expected. There is no doubt that we will be calling Chris for all our electrical needs, for as long as he's working.

I have been using CitySquad since I moved to Texas 6 years ago. Chris is so knowledgeable. He has been able to quickly diagnose my electrical issues and resolve them promptly. He’s even gone so far as to help me work with the pool people when they were trying to say my issues were electrical and non-pool related. I’ve had a lot of outdoor electrical issues that he’s resolved including new power lines run, outdoor outlets installed, tripped breakers and a full house surge protector installed. Chris is by far the best! He was sent to us by our home warranty 5 years ago and we have used him several times since than. He gives you the best and final price immediately. I can’t even tell you how nice he is. He is very knowledgeable and will give you his best opinion even if it means less business for him. I like how he doesn’t rush his work either. My home warranty sent Chris out to do several electrical repairs. He was on time and he called me to let me know when he was on his way. I had a ceiling fan and several recessed lights that stopped working. The wall remote for the fan went out and he replaced it with a wall switch and a new minkaAire wireless remote. Now I can control my fan/light without getting up from the couch which is way better than the setup that I previously had. After that, he quickly diagnosed the recessed lights. There is a temperature sensor that turns the lights off if they over heat. As a safety measure, the lights will not turn on if this sensor fails. He quickly replaced the sensors and the lights work perfectly.

I reached out to Chris because he came recommended on a DFW Tesla Forum. Unfortunately, I live too far away from his service area. Completely understandable, but he took the time to respond to me and even took the time to respond to some questions I had about the scope of the electrical work and what I needed.
