The owner straight up lied about the total the day i dropped off my clothes. If that wasn’t enough the dude is rude as hell, with his assistant chuckling about the total. I don’t need to confront anyone, I’ll just leave this review, and tell you about, “Terrell’s Cleaners” on 206 n greenville ave. allen,texas. Made these dudes at HK look like trash. 0 stars if possible.

They have a drive through and always do a great job cleaning my clothes. I love how when you roll up in the drive through, they put the clothes in your car for you. You can bring back all of the disposables, like hangers and plastic clips, bags, etc., and they will reuse or recycle them.

A good neighborhood cleaners that follows directions and provides clean shirts on hangers very well. I have not used their other services but would expect nothing less than excellence and great customer service.

The owners are very knowledgeable about antique clothes/materials and took great care of keepsakes I brought them. They are very friendly and take good care of my other clothing needs too. Their process for cleaning gets my clothes smelling and looking clean.

I was introduced to this place by my roommate who uses their services weekly. I recently dropped off 8 items: 3x pants, 3x shirts, and 2x jackets. They were done in less than 24hrs with no additional cost. Furthermore, I was driving to work and my button fell off of my jacket and I went straight to H K's and they fixed in 5 minutes with no cost. I am going to continue going to H K's because of their customer care and great prices.

I tried the free pickup and delivery service, and I was very satisfied! The process was smooth, convenient, and hassle-free. I’ll definitely use this service again in the future!!!!
