I've been bringing my shirts here for years. Used them a few times for dry cleaning. No problems and the prices are fine.

I didn't actually use their service, because I went in with the dress I needed cleaning to ask how much it would be. I guess he couldn't hear me because he took all my information and gave me a ticket. I thought maybe he needed my info to prepare an order in order to give me the pricing. Anyway, I asked again how much, and he said $15 with a two day turn around. That was more than I was expecting, so I left with the dress and went over to another cleaner in Murphy where they said it was only $5 and I could pick it up the next evening. It might be a case of you get what you pay for, I don't know, but I was happy with the $5 place. HK might be great, but their pricing seems too high.

I brought 2 pairs of chinos to the store to repair various patches and tears; when I went to pick them up, I wasn't happy with the results, or the price.

The store called me and said that they understood; we were able to come to an adjustment that seems fair to both sides.

I really appreciate being able to voice my concerns, and the graciousness of their response. Based on all of that, I'd happily use them again for my next alterations... thank you!!

Omg! It's the best dry cleaning near me! I have a white suit that I wear on important occasions, and I brought it in last minute.
The team had it ready for me withing 24ish hrs, all nicely cleaned, ironed - top notch! The staff is super friendly and helpful 🤩✅️

The crew of EZ arrived in a clean van and were very polite staff. They did a thorough job on the HVAC cleaning and even cleaned up the work area around the furnace before they left. It was an easy process. I am very happy with their services.

My machine was running slowly and hot. I scheduled a service with EZ Dryer in Richardson and they came right on time to my service appointment. He did a very extensive dryer vent cleaning. He was fast, professional, and left no mess behind. I cannot believe how quickly my clothes dry now. I'll definitely be using them again for my annual maintenance.

Update: They continue to do an excellent job. Especially if Maria T. is leading the team.

They have cleaned my house several times now, enough to go through their rotation cycle. I've had the same cleaners (Maria T. & Amparo) most of the time, and they do an excellent job. They are very thorough and professional.

We had the cleaning authority (Team 2) complete a one time deep clean of our house, and it looks amazing! I don’t know how they got the glass on the shower stall so clear and the scales off of the grout, but they did! It’s gorgeous! We plan on having them back for the final clean after we move out! Oh and the refrigerator is so clean!!! I don’t want to open it or put food in it! Looks brand new!

I needed a deep clean of my apartment and The Cleaning Authority did a great job! Once they came out to give me an estimate, they also worked with me to get my cleaning scheduled quickly. I will definitely use them again.

The cleaning crew didn't waste any time and did a perfect deep clean. I am a name realtor so this is the best cleaning company I have ever used.

I always get an excellent housecleaning with The Cleaning Authority-- Plano/Frisco. But yesterday, I was privileged to have an outstanding crew who came at the end of a very rainy day and did a very thorough cleaning. They stayed at it until 7:30 p.m. What a great job they did! The crew was Maria T. and Bella. I commend them very much. I appreciate them very much.

I had been searching for a new provider and couldn't be more pleased with this company. After interviewing three companies, I selected TCA-Plano/Frisco because of their rotation cleaning system, the ability to make changes to my schedule and pay online, and their professionalism (5 star reviews). After 9 years with our other company, we had seen things go downhill and cleaning was not up to par. We just had the first clean/deep clean and I agree with other posts, our house hasn't been this clean in years. Plus, everything is still in it's place, how I had it before. My husband usually doesn't like people in his office (and cleans it himself) and was so impressed with Martha and Susy's handiwork that he said he will let the company clean it next time. Thank you Alex for leading such an incredible team of proud, excellent professionals!

Continued decline in service and management. Clearly missed and did not care about cleaning my
House yet charged me $218. I had to be vacuum, make bed, and dump trash cans. Owner argued with me the this was my fault for having a dog and not tipping before. Never use this service!

The service personnel arrived on time with a smile. They immediately began diligently working never slowing down. They organized each room as they went paying close attention to details. My wife and I were very satisfied. The Office Manager, Madison made the experience positive. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Maricela and Nancy did a phenomenal job while deep cleaning our home!! They were prompt, professional and kind. They took the time to clean every surface, vacuum under and around all our furniture, and spent extra time on our kitchen and bathrooms. All our appliances are shining, and our home smells and looks so clean!

I just had my initial deep cleaning completed by Rosa and Nancy and they did an amazing job! Nearly 6 hours of covering every inch of our home. The attention to detail was 10 out of 10. I think this is the cleanest our home has ever been!

Looking forward to the biweekly maintenance moving forward as this will be a huge stress relief for my wife and I. Highly recommend!
