The folks at Cleaning Authority have been caring for my home for 16 years. They do a great job. And their team leaders really seem to care about meeting a family's needs. This week especially.

There were several active kids at my house this week for most of the time the team was there. It was unavoidable and the ladies cheerfully worked around it. They had to do everything out of their usual pattern, but got all tasks accomplished with a smile for the kids when they got in the way.

This is not the only reason I'm a loyal customer.. But I'm grateful they went the extra mile.

My house was messy and super dusty. It’s like new again and I KNOW they worked hard. Incredible service by Maria T and Vanesa! Wow…smells good in here as I’m typing this.

Having family from out of town here for Christmas, I had to change my regular appointed Monday cleaning. The office was able to reschedule and sent me Jennifer and Johana today. The girls did a great job in getting the house back in shape after all the holiday!

Everything in our home was completely covered in dust from a recent renovation. The thought of cleaning everything ourselves was overwhelming and seemed impossible. Madison was so kind and understanding from the start, reassuring me that they would take of us. And boy, did they deliver! Michael and Blanca did such an amazing job. They went above and beyond for us and I'm so grateful. All across the board, 5 stars. 10/10 recommend!

I had The Cleaning Authority come to clean yesterday, 2/6/2025. They did an awesome job!! The girls don't speak English, only Spanish. However, you can communicate with them on their phones. It worked out perfectly. I have a bad back and it's difficult for me to bend. I'm so very pleased with their work and the price was right! It was so wonderful waking up to a clean house this morning. If you're looking for a cleaning company, "you need to call The Cleaning Authority". You won't be disappointed!

Nancy & Maricela are very professional. They know exactly what they are doing and come and start working. When they are finished my house looks great!

I would not recommend this company. The communication is terrible. I booked my appointment a couple of months in advance and asked if I could have a noon start time. I was told "it is not guaranteed and someone would call me the week before to confirm". I never got a call so I called them the day before and was told a crew would be here at 8:30am. So, I figured I did not get my requested time. On the day I wait, wait, wait. I finally called at 9:20 and asked where my crews was and was told they would not be here until noon. So frustrating!!

The ladies did show up at noon and neither one spoke English. I had many things to show and communicate to them and had to use Google Translate - again, very frustrating.

This was to do a deep clean in my home which required some unreachable shelves and was never told they would not be able to use a step ladder to reach the "high stuff".

I had to readjust all shutters after they were cleaned and I had to reposition all of my decor as they were not put back in place.

A company inspector (also did not speak English) showed up about 1.5 hours after they began and much of the house had not been cleaned so this was a complete joke and there is no way the company can verify the work was done to my satisfaction.

It took them 4.5 hours to clean this house which was wayyyyy too long, therefore, very expensive.

Pat and Bella always do a great job for our recurring clean. We work from home and they are always flexible in cleaning our home based on schedule/needs that day. We’re glad to have them as our dedicated team!

I love my cleaning crew, they always go the extra mile to make sure my house is spic and span. You should see the carpet lines. I am so happy. Thank you Cleaning Authority crew

Roseme and Javiera are fantastic! I recommend The Cleaning Authority who are far superior to our previous provider.

Had another great clean today with Martha and Suzy. They always do a wonderful job and are so pleasant on top of being very diligent. So blessed to have them!

9/13/2025:

We had Ana and Josefina yesterday and they did a great job. I love having a clean home and everything is spotless.

We had Maricela, Ana, and Rocio from The Cleaning Authority over today for our first cleaning session and it was awesome. From the moment they arrived, it was clear that they were true professionals. Their dedication and attention to detail were spot-on. What impressed me the most, though, was their willingness to accommodate my specific requests. I had a few areas that required extra care, and they handled them with precision and care. We highly recommend this team.

Montse and Minerva were so very qualified and did a superb job. They were so quiet we hardly knew they were in the house! Great job and much appreciated!

The Cleaning Authority (Madison) literally fired me yesterday when I called to let them know that they didn't replace trash bags in cans and the floor wasn't cleaned well. The response from co-owner (Madison) was, "well I cleaned your floor on one visit, and your wife still complained." (now I understand why the ladies you've trained can't get it right). She then proceeded to tell me that she wanted to avoid accountability and "we should go our separate ways."

Attached are photos from a corner of our den from their previous visit, where after two visits (bi/weekly service) over a months' time, the floor was never touched. I had to clean it myself (results in trash can) and Madison acted as if I was putting her out to even mention it.

They will promise you the stars to get you to leave your current service, but all you will be left with is stardust! You've been warned......
