I want to thank cityline for going above and beyond with installing my unit, it was not easy and those guys worked all day because i had an very old unit but they did not leave until my home was cooling off, The office staff was awesome!!! I wish i could give 10 stars. We family now lol

Cityline was great and very responsive. And Travis was the best. Very thorough testing everything to make sure everything was working properly.

5 stars for CityLine Air Conditioning! The technicians were professional and very knowledgeable. Derek, Travis, Dakota and Christian all helped to answer my questions. We had our AC serviced, new Gas Furnace installed with air purifier, and also had our air ducts cleaned. I would go to CityLine first before any other company!

Edit: My AC was not working after he left. Upon checking it turns out he deliberately turned it off and said that it was messed up. I turned it on and now it works

I recently had an issue with my AC at home. I called Cityline and was immediately scheduled to have someone out the next day by a very nice young lady named Nadia. The next day the technician (Jay) showed up and unfortunately determined I needed to replace my AC unit. I was kind of expecting the diagnosis since my system was very old, so I opted for a new one. Jay was able to get my new AC installed and running the same day! Very helpful from the girls answering the phones to their techs. Would recommend.

Jay was super. He was friendly, professional and patient while explaining our HVAC systems. Hopefully, he will be available if we ever need him.

Travis was a great technician and ensured our furnace is ready to go for the cold weather. This company is always quick to respond.
