A/C was fried from a lightning storm, Elite AC was able to come out very quick and repaired the A/C in a day. They are also very friendly and easy to work with.

The tech team from Elite AC was comprehensive and patient in answering my questions about the new systems. When they were finished, they gave me a thorough briefing and walked me through everything they had installed. They also cleaned up any debris and material in the workspace. In addition, they sent a quality control technician a few days after to ensure everything was completed to specifications and our satisfaction. They were excellent, efficient and clean. Mo came by on a Wednesday to take a look at our AC which stopped working and he had his crew at our house and change everything on Friday morning. They were clean and courteous and fairly priced. I would recommend them to anyone who has issues with their HVAC system.

Mo and his crew were very professional in their approach to installing the HVAC system. Willing to answer any questions ask, explaining what they were doing, and very personal to deal with. Will recommend him and his crew and elite AC when I ask for a recommendation. Mo was very professional, outstanding follow up, his crew very clean and very respectful of our property. They used drop cloths, asked if it was ok to move furniture and relocated it to its original location after the job was finished.

I recently had my air conditioning unit and furnace replaced by Moe and the team at Elite AC and couldn't be happier with the experience. Very professional, fair and transparent on pricing, and answered all my questions without any pressure. They even came out on Memorial Day weekend to fit my schedule. On installation day, they arrived on time, got the job done quickly, and made sure everything was working great before they left. Highly recommend!

As you can probably see from my profile, I don't usually write reviews unless I feel they'll be impactful to others...that's because I frequently rely on such reviews for my own benefit.

That said, I want to highly recommend Chuck from Cool Experts for his amazing service! Chuck was extremely helpful & patient through my insurance claim. When it finally came time to install the units, his team was prompt, courteous, informative, and efficient. They managed to replace both my HVAC units in 1 day! I asked about some additional ductwork and duct cleaning, both of which they were able to accommodate during installation.

All in all I couldn't be happier with Chuck and Cool Experts...I highly recommend that you at least give him a chance to win your business!
