We had a fire at our house. Servpeo turned a bad day into a good day with there quick response. Jessica helped me make an inventory list of my damaged items to send to my adjuster. The whole crew worker quickly to get my house back together. Thank you servpro! I highly recommend this company!

I called this Servpro because it came highly recommend. They were definitely helpful on getting my damages from my fire taken care of. They have a big washer that got all of the soot out of my clothes and linens. They brought my clothes back freshly ironed and on hangers ready to be hung back up in my closet. My linens smelled so fresh and clean. That is the greatest smell. The crew also scrubbed all of the soot off my walls and floors and furniture. They made my rugs look brand new. The general manager check on me numerous times throughout the whole process. I will most certainly use them again.
I have also passed along the GM cards to my friends and family.

I had a pipe that bursted at my home while I was out of town. I called Servpro and Doris talked me through the process and made me feel comfortable letting her crew go into my home while I was away. Everyone I spoke with was nice and was knowledgeable.

We had to have essentially our entire kitchen redone after a slow and insidious leak. Servpro did a wonderful job, including holding our hand during difficult decisions. We have been very happy with the results and their service!

Over the last year, we had multiple floods at our office. Each time was a total disaster, but we were able to lean on ServePro throughout the situation. Servpro worked well with our insurance and their estimates and documentation ensured a smooth insurance claim process as the scope of work grew. Our construction coordinator Ajay was in communication with us every step of the way and they were able to get us back in our home two weeks ahead of schedule. It was great to have the entire process go through one company and they did a great job.

I had the pleasure of having Memo, Trent, and Oswaldo out to my house to check for mold in both my attic and crawl space. They were respectful, clean, and thorough while here to do their job. They shared the results with me and gave me honest suggestions.

The crew of EZ arrived in a clean van and were very polite staff. They did a thorough job on the HVAC cleaning and even cleaned up the work area around the furnace before they left. It was an easy process. I am very happy with their services.

My machine was running slowly and hot. I scheduled a service with EZ Dryer in Richardson and they came right on time to my service appointment. He did a very extensive dryer vent cleaning. He was fast, professional, and left no mess behind. I cannot believe how quickly my clothes dry now. I'll definitely be using them again for my annual maintenance.

Update: They continue to do an excellent job. Especially if Maria T. is leading the team.

They have cleaned my house several times now, enough to go through their rotation cycle. I've had the same cleaners (Maria T. & Amparo) most of the time, and they do an excellent job. They are very thorough and professional.

We had the cleaning authority (Team 2) complete a one time deep clean of our house, and it looks amazing! I don’t know how they got the glass on the shower stall so clear and the scales off of the grout, but they did! It’s gorgeous! We plan on having them back for the final clean after we move out! Oh and the refrigerator is so clean!!! I don’t want to open it or put food in it! Looks brand new!

The cleaning crew didn't waste any time and did a perfect deep clean. I am a name realtor so this is the best cleaning company I have ever used.

I always get an excellent housecleaning with The Cleaning Authority-- Plano/Frisco. But yesterday, I was privileged to have an outstanding crew who came at the end of a very rainy day and did a very thorough cleaning. They stayed at it until 7:30 p.m. What a great job they did! The crew was Maria T. and Bella. I commend them very much. I appreciate them very much.

I had been searching for a new provider and couldn't be more pleased with this company. After interviewing three companies, I selected TCA-Plano/Frisco because of their rotation cleaning system, the ability to make changes to my schedule and pay online, and their professionalism (5 star reviews). After 9 years with our other company, we had seen things go downhill and cleaning was not up to par. We just had the first clean/deep clean and I agree with other posts, our house hasn't been this clean in years. Plus, everything is still in it's place, how I had it before. My husband usually doesn't like people in his office (and cleans it himself) and was so impressed with Martha and Susy's handiwork that he said he will let the company clean it next time. Thank you Alex for leading such an incredible team of proud, excellent professionals!

Continued decline in service and management. Clearly missed and did not care about cleaning my
House yet charged me $218. I had to be vacuum, make bed, and dump trash cans. Owner argued with me the this was my fault for having a dog and not tipping before. Never use this service!

The service personnel arrived on time with a smile. They immediately began diligently working never slowing down. They organized each room as they went paying close attention to details. My wife and I were very satisfied. The Office Manager, Madison made the experience positive. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Maricela and Nancy did a phenomenal job while deep cleaning our home!! They were prompt, professional and kind. They took the time to clean every surface, vacuum under and around all our furniture, and spent extra time on our kitchen and bathrooms. All our appliances are shining, and our home smells and looks so clean!

I just had my initial deep cleaning completed by Rosa and Nancy and they did an amazing job! Nearly 6 hours of covering every inch of our home. The attention to detail was 10 out of 10. I think this is the cleanest our home has ever been!

Looking forward to the biweekly maintenance moving forward as this will be a huge stress relief for my wife and I. Highly recommend!
