Jay from Five Star Properties Roofing did an exceptional job on my roof. He replaced all my shingles with Class 4 impact-resistant shingles, and the quality of his work truly stands out.

His crew was professional, punctual, and respectful, and Jay himself made the entire process smooth from start to finish. He took the time to explain every step, ensured the site was clean afterward, and delivered exactly what he promised — top-notch craftsmanship.

I highly recommend Jay and his team to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality roofing work. They definitely live up to the name Five Star Properties Roofing!

5 Star Property Services did a stellar job of relocating HVAC vents in our Dallas Showroom. Their prices were competitive. The team they sent were respectful of property and very accommodating. Will definitely use them in the future.

Jay with Five Star Services performed great work replacing my roof. I would recommend him for another jobs in the future.

We could not be more pleased with our experience working with Jay and his outstanding team — Cesar and Elmer — from Five Star Properties. They recently installed two tankless water heaters in our home and replaced an 18-foot-high vent cover, and the quality of their work was exceptional from start to finish.

From the very first meeting, Jay provided a fair and honest quote that gave us complete confidence his team would complete the job with excellence — and they absolutely delivered. Jay’s communication throughout the entire process — from quote to job completion — was consistent, detailed, and honest, which made the whole experience stress-free.

We genuinely appreciate how Jay and his team accommodated our schedule and managed to complete the entire project in one day without a single issue. Their professionalism, skill, and courtesy exceeded our expectations.

Thank you, Jay, Cesar, and Elmer, for your outstanding work. We will gladly recommend Five Star Properties to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship, integrity, and a team you can trust.

Five Star Roofing provides top-quality service, honest communication, and genuine care for their customers. Jay McIlveen was incredibly easy to work with – clear about what to expect, responsive, and very professional. From start to finish, the entire process of replacing my roof was smooth, seamless, and completely stress-free. Not only was the roof completed ahead of schedule, but Jay upgraded the shingles for better durability while staying within budget! I was extremely impressed with how he handled everything. After the roofing was complete, my yard was left spotless. If you are in need of roofing services, I would highly recommend Five Star Roofing! Jay is, without a doubt, the best contractor that I have ever worked with. Thank you, Jay and Five Star Roofing, for replacing our roof, upgrading our shingles and making this a seamless experience!

Team at Five Star Roofing and Property Services was exceptional. My heater was out for several weeks. After getting two quotes from other companies Five Star Roofing and Property won my business because they showed up on time, explain what was wrong and even showed me the actual error and gave me options to solve my issue. During the whole process Jay was in constant communication to verify everything. Even after completing the work Jay reached out to verify if everything was working as it should. Great experience overall. The other two companies response time was terrible. Explanation was short and couldn't tell if the issue was real or not. Great experience. Highly recommend.

OK, I have to speak up and give this company a Google review for doing such an excellent job on our roof. I initially worked with "Five Star Properties" when they came out to repair my AC this past summer. Then I learned that they do ALL THINGS home repair. I initially wanted to work with my previous company that did my roof in 2016, but I called Five Star Properties and Jay came out to take a look. He did a full assessment and helped me understand all the paperwork that my insurance company sent me. He was able to get me fair pricing and provided premium "white glove" treatment. We had a large roof, but Five Star Properties came and did an even better job than other companies in our neighborhood. I particularly like how Jay gave me roof options, send us colors to choose, and explained the pros and cons of every option. This was a good decision and I have to give them their props. Very professional and communicated well throughout the entire process. I now have them working on exterior painting and widow replacement because my wife enjoys when things are done right. Thanks guys. Oh... and we need to remodel my son's bathroom upstairs sir. You might be hearing from us soon. :-)

Jay was very professional and very informative. He made sure all of our concerns and questions were answered. He communicates extremely well and made dates and times were accurate and prompt.
Thanks Jay you made getting a new roof easy!

Jay, owner of Five Star Properties did an outstanding job on my home. He handles everything from roofing to major interior work - drywall, ceilings, insulation, flooring and painting. His crew was always on time, professional and accurate with every detail. Jay was responsive and easy to reach whenever I had questions, which made the process smooth and stress-free. I'm beyond impressed with the quality and care they put into the work. Especially hearing the "Nightmare" stories from the many people I know that have had other contractors. I highly recommend Five Star Properties! Also..... Every once in a while, he might throw in one of his corny but funny jokes!

Jay was awesome. He explained everything pertanto to my roof. Honest and accurate. Roof looks excellent. The workers were Excellent! They were fast and efficient. The process was seamless! Thank you Five Star Roofing!

From start to finish, Five Star Roofing was fast, affordable, and completely stress-free. The team communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, and got the job done efficiently without cutting corners.

What really stood out to me was how veteran-friendly they are. They truly respect and support veterans, which meant a lot to me and made the entire process even better.
