Reviews of local pros in Richardson, Texas

TJ and team do quality work. Highly recommend.

This company is TOP NOTCH. The home we rent contracts to them for repairs and in our case, repairing our garage door. They had someone out to fix our garage 1 day after the work order was put it. Thomas was the technician that came out and he was professional, sweet and amazingly fast. Our garage door had busted springs, broken rollers (not the technical name for it I’m sure) and a few other things. Long story short I expected it to take days for our garage door to be fixed…. It took Thomas LESS THAN AN HOUR!!! Thank you so much for the great work and fast service!!! I would give more stars if I could. ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thomas was quick and responsive.
Thank you for accommodating even though the appointment was setup 15 min before closing. Highly recommend!!!

Thomas was extremely communicative, Even via our security cameras! He was extremely professional not to mention he had our garage door fixed very fast. I would not hesitate to get them involved on any garage door projects. Thanks again Thomas!

Thomas was so awesome! Came over immediately and gave great advice. Nothing needed repairs so he did not ask for money. Honest. Trustworthy. Friendly. Excellent Service. Would recommend!

Super fast repair and Eric was very nice and super helpful

Thomas quickly fixed our door after the tension springs in our rod broke on the same day he came to inspect it. He replaced our internal sorting system with an external one for half the price as some others quoted, and he uses locally made parts. He was personable and straight to the point - didn't try to upsell me or inflate his costs. Would recommend him to anyone looking for honest, quality garage door or lift work.

Thomas did an excellent job on fixing my garage door. He changed out my sensors very quickly and answered all my questions I had about the door. I will definitely keep his number to use him again if I have any issues.

Thomas came out today and got my garage door fixed up with great speed. In and out in no more than 30 minutes. From garage door not functioning at all to feeling brand new again. Thank you Thomas for your hard work and the care you put into your job. Would highly recommend!

Thomas was great! He came to fix our garage door, replacing the spring and rewiring the door track. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes! He was very friendly and respectful. Highly recommend their services!

Fast and reliable! I had an issue with my garage door springs and in less than 24 hours it was fixed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone with garage problems. It was a bit pricy but you get what you pay for. Plus a warranty. Don’t try to do it yourself and make things worse. Call the pros

The most wonderful service!! Thomas was so kind and came over to fix my garage issues on a Saturday within 45 minutes after I called. I was referred to him by a dear friend and I’m so grateful. I will be using Superior Overhead forevermore! Thank you!

The garage door opener stopped working. I called several local garage door companies. Several of them spoke in broken English (very hard to understand them), and their prices were HUGE! Luckily, I saw Thomas' company. Within 1 minute, I could tell he knew everything there was to know about the job. He arrived on time, and within 5 minutes he determined the opener could be fixed! He picked up the needed part and fixed it! Thomas saved me over $800. I also asked if he could look at my neighbor's door as well. He adjusted her sensors, and she was fixed as well! You'll never meet a better man.

I received prompt quality service from Superior overhead door & gate. Thomas Jordan was at my house within 35 mins after I contacted him. Just like he said he would be. He gave me options and he didn’t try to sell me products and repairs that I didn’t need. He resolved the garage door issue quickly and at a fair price. I am very impressed with Thomas. He was professional, fair & honest. A very nice gentleman. The company offers other services. I will be contacting Thomas again for an upcoming project that I am planning. I highly recommend Thomas Jordan with Superior overhead door & gate you will be glad that you did.

Great service! Beyond impressed with how quickly Superior Overhead came out and had our garage back up and running. Realized the spring to our garage door was broken right before noon…everything was fixed by 1:30. Thomas was in and out and so friendly. Definitely recommend them for any garage needs or repairs!

Great experience and would highly recommend. Superior was through with their inspection of our home and provided 1st class service.

Thomas did a fantastic job installing my new garage door operator. He was professional, efficient, and informative throughout the entire process. The installation was quick but thorough, and he took the time to explain everything along with tips on garage door maintenance. I’m very happy with the results!

I had an issue with my garage door opener and reached out to this company. They came out the same day, diagnosed the problem quickly, and had it fixed in no time. The technician was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what he was doing. It’s rare to find service this prompt and reliable these days. Totally recommend!

Superior Roofing did excellent work on our complete roof and gutter replacement. James and his team were very responsive and professional and they provided quick service that was done to perfection. James was also very helpful when working with our insurance company to make sure the claim was done properly. He was always available to answer questions and kept us informed every step of the way. He explained everything clearly, followed through on his promises, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend James and Superior Roofing!

With me being in the mortgage business for almost 30 years I have a large realtor and builder referral system that uses Superior Overhead almost exclusively. Thomas and his team have not only taken care of my personal replacement but have helped many realtors and homeowners I have referred to them.
