I started my TruGreen contract last year and they promised us that our grass would turn green in a few months and all the weed would be gone. They did about 6-7 treatments on our front and side lawn. However, they completely burned the grass on both application sites (I'll attach before and after images as well). We of course then contacted the manager Debra and she came out for an inspection and then promised us she'd return 100% of our payment however she only repaid us about half and then stopped picking up our calls when we tried to reach out. This is unacceptable behavior!!!! I hope others read this and are aware this could happen to you as well. We had to pay a little more than a thousand extra to get new sod delivered and installed.

I’ve used TruGreen for 4 years. The first 3 years were a decent experience except for their annual effort to double my bill. This year has been a nightmare. One of their phone reps closed my account for several months without my informed consent, I have been lied to more times than I can remember about when service technicians would come by and the services they would provide. And,l the worst part is my yard has never looked worse. After years of lush healthy grass, this year I have numerous bare patches of dead grass and dirt where green grass was last year. I have had to personally purchase several pallets of sod to fill some of these patches. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

We’ve been using TruGreen for almost 7 months now, and this has been the worst experience we’ve ever had with a service company. Their communication is terrible — you can never reach anyone, and they claim they’ve been calling us when they haven’t. We’ve wasted our money, and we still have no idea what’s going on with our service.

On top of that, they completely destroyed our grass in both the front and backyard. Every time we call, they say a manager will get back to us, but no one ever does. It’s extremely disappointing and unprofessional. At this point, it feels like we were scammed. I would not recommend TruGreen to anyone.

Have been using TruGreen for years, probably around 12years now. Neighbor’s on both sides of my lawn have weeds. Without TruGreen my neighbors weeds would over take my lawn! But instead the weeds stay out of my lawn. If some weeds do manage to get in , all i have to do is open the Trugreen app and they come out and take care of it. They communicate very well and if i ever have an issue or something they are easy to get ahold of.

I have used TruGreen lawn care for over 25 yrs and I have had great service and results.

Jason listened to my concerns about doing a thorough job and then delivered. After completing aeration in each section of the lawn he had me look at his work and confirm it was acceptable. I can be particular about work being done and I appreciate the fact that Jason did not get irritated when I met him to talk about the job before he got started.

Life lessons, make sure to provide time before giving initial reviews. Customer service was great, everything seemed well but as time has passed my lawn has gotten worse than when I started this service. My neighbor and I used the exact same Landscaper and used the same services, however, we both cut ties with them at the same time and I searched for someone new and my neighbor does everything himself just doing the basics not attempting to do anything beyond normal cutting, seeding and weed treatment. I can legitimately say, his lawn looks significantly better and he has even made a comment that he thought I was doing weed control. They offer additional treatments complimentary between normal ones if needed but they have come out and treated the area of concern and now that area is worse and spread to a larger area months later. Not sure what os going on but highly recommend not wasting your time.

I hired this company for a second year. I wanted it stacked way in the back, on the patio - yet again. These guys never blink and work to make sure things are done to your satisfaction; they stacked that wood so beautifully, once again. They once again took the care to stack smaller pieces of starter wood in between the larger pieces, we could just pull them out easily. I was again so impressed with their excellent customer service and repeat professionalism.

A company still focused on excellent customer service! Who'd a thunk it in 2021?

Excellent service by Mr. Cologne and his helper! They restacked my old firewood then delivered and stacked the 1/4 cord of oak firewood I had ordered. I will definitely be re-ordering my next load of firewood from GI-Mow. Thanks.

GI-Mow installed our neighbor's Christmas lights and we asked for their number. Their website is user-friendly. I filled out a request form and received a response within 2 days. Liz, who was my main contact on the phone, is very pleasant and communicated well. The team who came out to provide the quote was very quick. The team that came out to install the lights were just as efficient. Hats off to this company and the staff! I highly recommend them.

Just called about firewood and I have to say that, was one of the most pleasant phone calls I've had with any company. Not only was she super nice and informative but she was also super knowledgeable about the whole situation answering all my questions. I'm really happy I called you guys and I can say I've found my new firewood supplier. Best prices around in my opinion.

The guys that delivered the firewood were great and took the time needed to stack it up so it won’t be falling down. They were professional and personable. I enjoyed talking with them while they were working. Will definitely be utilizing their services again in the future.

We were in need of a good amount for the cold coming in and we were greeted with outstanding customer service along with the efficiency in stacking the wood where we needed. There was a small hiccup with some wet wood we received but the company reached out to us the next day and delivered the same day new wood without hesitation! I ordered firewood and it was delivered on time and stacked neatly in my wood rack. The quality of the firewood was excellent. The employee that delivered and stacked the wood was extremely professional
and courteous. I would gladly recommend GI Mow to anyone looking for quality firewood and professional, timely service.

I’m a genx and was raised on excellence in business, leadership and great customer services. I had shopped around by phone for some local firewood as I like to spend money locally. I had made several phone calls and landed on this one to wrap things up. I wasn’t in too much of a hurry and the way I was treated on the phone call with some questions, I had made up my mind, that I’d be looking into the other things they had to offer. Few days had passed and made another call to let them know I would be there soon. Liz immediately remembered who I was and let me know the firewood would be ready. The price was great and they had three guys loading up my truck. I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes and I was really happy. Service is outstanding and looking into their lawn maintenance because of the treatment many of us deserve. Special thanks to all who made this process simple and understood. I’ve already mentioned the business to over four others watching me unload at my house. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service.

I was delivered Wood that is not seasoned. I called and asked them to pick it up and provide a refund and they said all sales are final. This wood has stunk up my house so bad because of the moisture still in the wood that I absolutely cannot use it. They said I was welcome to leave a bad review that they don’t have any plans on Remedy in this situation, please do not buy your Firewood here.

This is the second year of ordering wood and I can state that the wood is very good and the delivery guys are great individuals they were very professional and answered all my crazy questions about the wood and all of the other services that they do for the public

Wood was delivered in a timely manner. The guys were very nice and easy to work with.
