Was SCAMMED by GI Mow. Jordan came over and gave me a quote for my tiny, back-yard only mow. ($40) I agreed to the amount but then GI Mow charged me over DOUBLE. ($81) When I called to dispute the amount, they told me I signed a contract at that amount. When I asked for a copy of the contract, they could not produce one. They then apologized saying Jordan was new and didn’t know what he was doing but never honored the quoted charge. Very scammy and unprofessional.

See how unprofessional they are in their response? Is that how you want to be treated as a customer? Sometimes its better to listen to your customers and be helpful instead of fighting them to prove you're right. Here are the facts:

I had Jordan come out one time. It had been a month since i had a mow and my grass was long. I approved a one time charge for $70ish dollars because I understood the grass was overgrown. We were moving and I needed the lawn mowed asap. Jordan (who i later learned was new and probably incorrect) said if I wanted to continue service it would be $40. (I had a tiny, tiny backyard and my last lawn service was $35.) I never signed a contract, never agreed to $81 a mow. They came out and mowed on their own accord (unscheduled and when I wasn't home) for a second time and charged me the unauthorized $81. I called their office to get this fixed. They claimed I agreed to this and when I asked for a copy of a signed contract they could not produce one. Yes, I did have to dispute through my bank. GI Mow lied even more to my bank saying that I authorized this scam so they stopped the dispute. I will continue to dispute this until this corrected. At best, these people are bad at communicating and customer service. At worst, they are straight up scammers. You decide.

Im a food and service guy, I run a restaurant and gardens are certainly not my strong suit. That’s where GI-Mow stepped in and took care of all my needs! Super down to earth honest guy that just wants to deliver quality. I do know service and you can’t go wrong with Jordan and his team. Going to be my go to for anything landscaping moving forward!

Can’t say enough about my experience with GIMow. I wish all the people I’ve hired to work around my house had the work ethic and communication skills Jordan and his crew have. Had permanent under soffit lights installed. From now on they are my go to source for any landscaping/lighting jobs.

The guys who dropped the wood off were super nice and made sure everything was clean and perfect afterwards. The lady who scheduled my drop off was very accommodating and made sure I got it on my day off. I can’t recommend them more! A wonderful company to deal with

Recalled them up for estimates on helping us with tree trimming and sprinkler install. Jordan his team handled everything, not to mention, we ended up doing some add one. like raise flower beds and ebony's fire crate myrtles been added to the house. everything looks rain and they have ordered super quick to get on the job and need our timeline.Thank you guys for all your help

Jordan Pierce and his crew came and resodded my front and side yard. They did a great job and cleaned up everything nicely. They programmed my sprinkler for me and then came back two weeks later and reprogrammed it. They also warranted it for one year to cover anything that might go wrong. Everyone involved was very professno and answered all my questions. I would use them again if needed and highly recommend them.They do excellent work

Jordan did an amazing job from start to finish. We’d just come out of a horrible house contractor experience and were beyond thrilled to have Jordan be professional, responsive to communication, and offer design advice and suggest best practices for our stages of projects we have planned for our yards. His crew worked incredibly hard to get the irrigation system installed and grass laid prior to the storms coming in our direction. The final result is exactly what we wanted, the perfect stepping stone between our prior mud pit yard and the next steps pieces we wanted to add in the future. We will 100 percent be contacting Jordan when we are ready for those next steps.

If you’re looking for a good place to get firewood, this is it! I found them on Google Maps while searching for seasoned wood before it sold out this fall. I sent a text and got a reply within an hour confirming they had well-seasoned oak (about 10 months). They delivered the very next day and even sent me a photo of it neatly stacked. I had left the $210 cash by the stack, which is a great price considering I didn’t have to pick it up or stack it myself. They even gave me extra than a 1/4 cord. Liz was fantastic to work with—I’ll definitely be back!

Worst HD I've ever been to. Dead plants everywhere. Lumber selection is terrible. Went to HD on Midcities and found everything we needed.
