We found some beautiful Mums , pots and moss. They had just what we were looking for and the cashier in the garden shop was awesome.

This is an average big box home improvement store. Most of their products are owned by Home Depot, so the selection of many items are limited to their own products.

It's typical to be frustrated when looking for someone to help, especially early in the morning before 10:00 or late in the evening an hour before closing.

Upsides include being able to cut moulding to length instead of having to buy an entire piece, such as Lowe's requires.
Coffee is always available at the contractor desk.

The garden section is very limited. I've rarely seen anything that I'd plant at home due to the poor condition of the plant.

Went into the garden center looking for a plant to place on my patio. A young gentleman, Randal, was more than willing to assist us. He was friendly, knowledgeable & extremely helpful. He helped us pick out plants & soil. He made our visit quick, easy & delightful. Thanks Randal. You're the best :-)

Honestly, I feel very frustrated, I won't write much but I went to this store three times and I was never able to obtain this product, even though it was a unique product and they told me that they would remove it from display, they did, but no one in the store knows where it is.

We called Smith regarding a sickly-looking tree in our front yard. We spoke to Paul Preston who walked us through the steps of getting an estimate to either save the tree or bring it down. Based upon his advice and the advice of another arborist, we decided to bring it down as it could have fallen at any time. Their crew arrived as scheduled and had the tree down and ALL debris cleared from the yard within a few hours. We highly recommend Smith for your tree needs.

It's not the same since they let Chris go. It's time to sell your company to California. I would leave negative 12 stars if I could.

Very rude especially the girl in the office answering the phones. She also refused to say her name I don't know why I called about an emergency a tree that fell on my yard they were very rude overall

Pruned in our alley, guess they’re a subcontractor for the city, did a terrible job and left most of brush in the alley. Clearly just doing the bare minimum and trying to skate by on their contract.

They came out on time. Found the problem fairly quick and fixed the problem professionally. Very pleasant experience over all. I will certainly call Smith Lawn & Tree again for future landscape project.

When my previous landscaper failed to show, I called Smith Lawn and Tree. They immediately responded and helped me redesign my landscaping after all of my shrubbery died as the result of multiple hard freezes. I can look at my yard again with pride!!!
