Austin has come to help us with our dishwasher and he is extremely knowledgeable and fast to address to issue. He is quick to order any necessary equipment and is prompt for his scheduled appointments. Highly suggest if you are ever needing any appliance support! Did I mention how kind he is??

I recently moved from the Chicago area to Keller and was desperate to find an honest, reliable, professional Appliance Repair company. Steve, the owner of Ace's Appliance and Ace's Pool exceeded all expectations. He not only replied to my online request within 24 hours, completed the initial project to move my washer and dryer to a new location, but was able to assist in completing several projects in the home I recently purchased in Keller. Steve and his staff are extremely professional, resourceful, honest, and I had struggled to find anyone who fit those expectations since living in the area. I not only hired Ace Appliance, I was so pleased to hear he also owned a pool care company and have hired Aces Pool Care to do my weekly pool maintenance. I have already recommended Steve and Ace's to all my friends and am grateful to know someone in the service industry is still willing to go way above and beyond for customers.

Our dishwasher was leaking and Aces Appliances were able to check it out within a day, fix it at a great price, three days later. The part comes with a warranty plus for 30 days, if anything else goes wrong on my dishwasher, they will fix it. Awesome company and would use them again on other appliances.

Ace's is great! They answered my contact request within an hour (on a Saturday night too!) and got me scheduled right away for Monday morning. On Monday, the tech called to tell me he was available early and asked if I was available, which was very thoughtful and professional. The tech was great and fixed my non-heating dryer in 30 minutes for a great price. I will absolutely be calling on them again for any appliance repairs. Fantastic service!

Ace Appliances is amazing. Don't be fooled by the other one. This is the real deal! I needed repairs on a dryer and garbage disposal. Jacob was my technician. He arrived on time, was very polite and went straight to work. Diagnosed both issues quickly and gave me a very fair quote. He then fixed my appliances, cleaned up the work area and was on to the next job. I give this company 5 stars!!! From the nice lady, Anna who answers the phone to Jacob who gave excellent service. I will highly recommend the company to anyone.

Ace’s Appliances Repair has excellent & experienced Technicians who have repaired our 2003 GE Refrigerator and our 2003 Whirlpool Washer. They are professional courteous, and on time each time a service has been provided. The Tech, Jacob, repaired the washer on Jan/27/2025 replacing 3 different parts which he had diagnosed as being problems. So, when the ordered parts arrived he had the machine dismantled, replaced the parts and provided extra cleanup services on our floor and placed all the fixtures in the laundry room back into the proper locations. We HIGHLY recommend Ace’s and we say THANKS to Jacob for all the extra & excellent work.

We had a wonderful experience working with Austin from Ace. He has to be one of our favorite repairmen we have ever worked with- and will definitely be using him again for any of our repair needs around the house! He was so kind, and knowledgeable, and did an excellent job with both our dishwasher and washing machine repairs. And the best part, he was great at communicating about part arrivals and scheduling! 10/10 recommend for sure!

We had a washing machine outage and Cole (co owner) diagnosed a required circuit board replacement. We had replaced it 2 years earlier so opted to replace the washer instead as the costs were similar. This was an efficient and normal service call. It was what happened next that was exceptional.

We asked Cole to look at 2 other appliances since he was there, a dishwasher and a nugget ice maker, neither of which were functional. Cole suggested a non-part fix for the Miele dishwasher which corrected the problem immediately (2 previous repair companies had not suggested this fix; they had suggested a replacement of the unit). Cost to us was zero instead of $ 2000 for a new one.

Cole then looked at a Scottsman nugget ice maker that was not working and had been dormant for several years. We had been urged by others to replace it at a cost of $ 5200. After a diagnosis, Cole suggested we replace two parts that were the likely causes of the dysfunction. We opted to do this at a cost of $ 1200 or so. Today he put the two parts in and boom, we have a working ice maker.

Had I listened to his competition, we would have spent $ 7200 for two new appliances. Instead, we spent $ 1200 and have two working units. Trust is hard earned in the appliance repair (service) business. Cole and Ace's Repair have earned ours. Nobody will ever step foot into our house to repair an appliance from here on unless they have Ace's Repair on their shirt. Kudos to Cole and his company for integrity, honesty and doing the right thing. We are his customer for life!

Ace's technician Jacob repaired my washing machine. There was a glitch in the payment method which was resolved promptly. I'm very happy with the service provided and I will use them again if I need future repair work done.

We have used Ace in the past. Our front load washer had been knocking for many months in the spin cycle. We finally decided to have ACE’s come out to tell us what was wrong. Either replace or repair. Matt the tech did a good thorough inspection and said we had a bent shaft and a support strut is weakened. Total cost to repair was enough to buy a new one. He told us we could still get an another year or two but eventually we needed to replace rather than repair. I only had to pay the service call, but the time he spent to diagnose the problem and explaining it in simple terms was great.thanks Aces for sending out honest techs like Matt.
