I utilized Alaniz tree services and they did an outstanding job, from the way they trimmed my trees to the clean up afterwards, I’ve recommended them to several of my friends and they all had nothing but praises and good things to say about their work and they have very decent prices, they will trim my tress from now on.

The gentlemen were very prompt and began working immediately. They trimmed two large trees and removed all branches from our yard. They were very professional. I would highly recommend them.

These people are so rude. Horrible customer service. The lady I spoke to on the phone had an ugly tone with me and made me feel dumb and like I didn't know what I was talking about, so rude. I'm not the expert, you guys are. I just wanted my leak fixed, nothing. The plumber was supposed to call to reschedule and we are now going on 3 weeks with no call. I'm done with this company.

Very capable plumber, had him out to snake a drain for me, he was in and out in no time and my drain has been clear since. Would recommend for any plumbing services, thanks A-1 Plumbing.

If possible I would give this company negative stars. Horrible service. The owner, or at least gentleman answering gave me the runaround and caused a large inconvenience when he would schedule for a time frame and not show up. I was assigned this contractor through my homeowners insurance so i HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest NOT wasting your time with this gentleman or company.

Our Protection Plan has assigned A-1 three different times for different situations. The same man answers and says that we need to call someone else because they don’t have time or no one available. Maybe it’s a blessing in disguise.

Bad business with the owner. I was quoted a price for some work done on my home and once the work was completed the owner tried to addon $500 more. He claimed it was for having to remove cement from piping. None of that extra work was ever done and he was trying to pull a fast one. I work with piping for a living and saw the work that was being done and knew he was lying about his claims. All I can say is buyer beware they seem to try to take advantage of people.

ABSOLUTE WORSE SERVICE & EXPERIENCE!
We waited 3 weeks for Raul to show up, after multiple phone calls and answering the same questions repeatedly he finally shows up. When I walk into my house he’s stabbing my restroom sink with one of OUR hangers and plunging it with OUR plunger. My husband said he asked if WE had a ladder. When I asked Raul if he had his own tools he immediately became defensive told me to move out of the way and stormed out of my house then peels out when he leaves. I’ve never experienced such rudeness and a straight lack of professionalism.
