I had problems with the unit they installed in my newly built house. I did not design the house but bought already built and had nothing to do with the plans. However, we had issues with placement of the thermostats and lack of return placement for circulation so our master bedroom was not cooling or heating properly. They sent a tech out that agreed with my complaint but the owner refused to fix the issue. They then began ignoring my phone calls or the office would tell me they couldn't fix the issue. So I had to hire another company to help me fix the issues. Now the unit cools and heats much better, no thanks to McNatt. I will never use them or request their services as they are inadequate. Also, the outdoor units for the AC were positioned improperly so the vents and wiring are facing the wrong direction... So that is something else I will have to pay for to get fixed. Please stay away from them. There are much better companies in town. (All of this occurred approximately one year ago)

We recently had all of our old duct work replaced and McNatt did a wonderful job. The employees were always early/on time, worked tirelessly until the job was complete, extremely neat, cleaned up after themselves, polite and very friendly. I would highly recommend McNatt AC & Heating to anyone who is looking for a great HVAC company.

My wife and I built a new house and moved in on 12/05/20 and McNatt was the subcontractor on this build chosen by the contractor. On 10/09/21 (a Saturday) I was calling McNatt for repair on my AC system because it is freezing up and not keeping our brand new house cool, just 10-months after installation. I called on 10/02/21 two times before 10AM and again at 3PM before someone answered the phone. Once I spoke to someone a repair tech was at my house within the hour. No chance to leave a voicemail was ever given on my first 2 calls earlier in the day.

After an hour of problem tracing, the repair tech said a valve of some sort on my brand new AC unit was faulty and causing a restriction, which was causing the unit to freeze. The tech did not have a replacement part, nor did his boss, nor did his warehouse. They would need to contact the manufacturer (Carrier) on Monday.

Now my family of 5 is expected to be ok with no AC from Saturday to Monday when someone from McNatt can try to located this one small part which needs to be replaced on my 10-month old AC system, just so that no further damage is possible to a compressor that's under warranty.

McNatt Inc came over to my house to double check another AC company's work late on a Friday afternoon. I'm so glad they did! The other AC company said they couldn't find the problem and saw nothing up in the attic. I paid them and they left. I called McNatt to come out to double check and they ended up pulling out two full five gallon buckets of water from the secondary drain pan. The other company didn't even bother to check! McNatt Inc is very thorough with their work. They checked everything out and completed the job. My drain was clogged and if it were not for McNatt coming to my home to double check there would have been water coming through my ceiling. They are very reliable and were the original company to install my AC. My house is four years old and this was the first problem I had with my AC. He suggested to occasionally put bleach in the line to keep the build up and problem happening again. I wouldn't trust another AC company with my home again!

My AC went out after hours last night. I called McNatt, Inc. after 9:00pm. Chris M called me back. He was very patient with me. He ended up coming out after 10:00pm to fix my system. I truly appreciate him being so helpful on the phone and in person. I highly recommend McNatt, Inc.

This company installed the A/C in my new home 2 years (+one month) ago and it suddenly stopped working. I called them even though I hadn’t worked with them before as they installed it. In the middle of the day in a week day I was unable to reach someone in the office for an hour. Once I did reach them, they had a very bad attitude from the beginning and were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Then they immediately informed me it had been over 2 years, would not be under warranty and would be $8 trip fee and minimum $120 for the first hour. I requested a trip fee alone (even if it was more than $8) and then we could talk pricing once it has been assessed as it has only been 1 month over warranty period and I’d like it to be assessed before agreeing to labor charges on a seemingly new A/C system. I said I respected their warranty terms but would appreciate that first. Because of my concerns, they required a $128 payment beforehand to get a technician out because I “refused” to pay, which was not the case. I just wanted to see if it was something that should have been backed by warranty or not, because regardless, a 2 year old A/C should work.

McNatt has been nothing but amazing to work with, helping us navigate a couple of issues which have developed after a new install. (through no fault of their own). They've been communicative, helpful and every tech I have interacted with has been knowledgeable and friendly.

McNatt installed my new HVAC system and did an outstanding job. Their proposal was straightforward and understandable so I knew exactly what I was getting. The service techs were friendly and professional. They showed up on time and cleaned the work area when they were complete. The new system works great.
Very happy with their service and heartily recommend.

Mcnatt installed a mini split in our garage when we built our house 3 years ago. It leaked water into the inside garage wall from the get go. Mcnatt came out and tried to fix it Numerous times. Like at least Seven times. Most of the time we were charged to fix the same problem. We are having another company come out to fix it. Mcnatt sucks. We will make sure they lose more business than what it would have cost them to actually fix the problem.
