W3 had an opening a day early and called to let me know so I could get my problem fixed even sooner. Taylor showed up on a rainy day and immediately put his shoe covers on so my floor wouldn’t get wet. He was personable and efficient in fixing my issue! I appreciate him double checking everything for my safety which is #1 priority for me. He even changed a lightbulb for me that wasn’t on the “to do” list. Thank you W3 and Taylor!

Cody (& his colleague Chris) was very professional & personable. Not only did they provide a great service and fix the problem but went above & beyond to ensure I understood all aspects of the job, what could potentially go wrong, and even came back the same day when their initial fix didn’t resolve the issue. I’ll be calling Cody anytime I have an electrical issue and would definitely recommend you do the same.

Sean was awesome, he checked everything out thoroughly, replaced a couple cracked electric plates,checked outlets to make sure they were fine, put new batteries in my smoke and Co2 detectors, and even vacuumed up a very small bit of plaster that fell out of the electric plate. Very courteous and nice young man. Very satisfied!

We priced 3 different electric repair companies and decided to work with W3. The technician assigned to us was ready to work with us and look at all our issues and came in with a very workable bid. Excellent work! Impressed by the service of smoke detector batteries replacement on high ceiling where I couldn't reach. Also, he did complimentary check on the panel and tightened the loose connections.

Sean was nice and I knowledgeable came at the scheduled time. The ONLY reason I didn't give five stars on this was because of the cost they were here less than an hour, and charged 369 dollars for diagnostics including the service call (89) which in my experience has always been included in the diagnostic charge. I have a plan forward since he identified my issue was with the spa itself but probably should have just called spa repairman in the first place because now I have to pay for them too anyways :( not seans fault he was great.

Jacob ensured I was taken care of in an emergency situation, his team worked diligently to solve my needs, I highly recommend W3. Huge thanks to Jacob and his team!

My wife and I are considering a generator for our house. We called and made an appointment to have an estimator to come and give us a quote. Jacob came out and was very polite and knowledgeable about our house and needs. He answered all of our questions about an installation for our house and sent us a couple of estimates.

They were great! They were able to get to me same day service, got everything taken care of and even got my power turned back on through encore. Also did a home inspection while they were there. Highly Recommend using W3 Electric!

Cody and Sean did an amazing job. I was highly pleased with their work and professionalism. I needed some LED lights installed and light bulbs changed. They handled everything quickly and efficiently. Cody did an amazing job on providing insight and answering my questions. He even took time to clean up pencil marks he found that remained from a previous job.

We thought we had plugs out on a wall, but we simply failed to reset the GFCI! The techs were very nice and made me feel a LITTLE less of an idiot. 😂 while on site they offered to check out anything else we had been having issues with and offered to upgrade or install any outlets! Very nice people, and always a fast response time!
