Had a great experience with W3, they were able to get an electrician out immediately for an emergency, and Jacob and his team were extremely professional and responsive from the diagnostic through the end of the repair. I would highly recommend them.

I use this company before. They did a great job on my other property. I had them do some repair work along with adding fixtures. Braxton even gave some really good suggestions on how to provide more effective lighting that turned out great. My neighbors are complimenting about how good they look and function.
If I ever need electrical work in the future, I'm using them again for sure.

He started from the least invasive/expensive first to try and figure out and solve the problem. He explained in detail what the plan was, the pricing, and kept me informed the whole time. Amazing company for electrical work around the house. Very professional and provided pricing options for flexibility. Such as me being able to buy own parts for install instead of just up-charging. Nice to have the other option as well if you don't want the hassle of buying own parts/material. They replaced a BIG fan in living room with 18 ft ceilings. No complaints at all. They will be back.

Enrique just left my resident. This gentleman is courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He resolved the issue and informed me on root cause. He also answered alot of my questions. London was my electrician and he did an excellent job. He was professional, knowledgeable, and nice. He treated me and my home with respect. He came in, diagnosed the issue and took care of it quickly. I will be using this company as well as requesting this electrician again in the future for any electrical needs that I may have.

Eric and his apprentice, Matthew were great. I needed a new outlet put in our attic close to our waterheater to plug in a flood safe device. Eric was able to quickly determine where they could place the new outlet, and provided me with pricing. The pricing was very fair and reasonable.
Matthew completed the new GFCI outlet installation while Eric did a courteous home electrical inspection. He found a couple of items that need to be addressed, but did not try and pressure me into making any decsions.
After Matthew was finished, Eric checked his work, they plugged in the flood safe device, throughly cleaned up after themselves.
Both were very polite and professional.
I will be using them again for any future needs. Totally recommend W3, Eric, and Matthew.

This is my first experience with W3 (upon recommendation of a neighbor). Let’s start with the initial call to set up an appointment. “April” answered the phone and I was so impressed with her professionalism and asking questions about my home and exactly what happened. Before we ended our call I shared with April that she was like a breath of fresh air in calling a company for service. Next, the communication was great with timeline and who would be showing up. “London” called about an hour before our appointment. He arrived on time and asked great questions about exactly what happened to trip my circuit breaker. My situation was a little more complicated than a simple tripping of the circuit breaker. London took his time analyzing the probable causes and started troubleshooting. He discovered the causes (one was some recently purchased Christmas lights and a nicked wire in one of the outlets). AMAZING attention to detail and keeping me informed on what he discovered and corrected as needed. Bottom line…great experience from initial contact (April) and quality repairs (London).
