I found he could understand what I was asking for and respond and explain things in a way I could follow. There were so many details and factors to consider. He was transparent, honest and efficient. We had water coming through in our hallway floor. Were told it was most likely foundation. We were looking at several thousand in repairs. Branden found the leak in a wall. Was a fraction of what previous estimates were.

Brandon answered my call and showed up promptly. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes amd resolved my issue the other plumbers didnt fix in their 2 visits (likely due to their trying to sell me their expensive services). Brandon then told me the 1200.00 service 2 other plumbers had tried to sell me was completely unnecessary, pointless, and would not solve my issue - he showed me the camera view backing up his reasoning.

Brandon and Authentic Plumbing are yhe real deal and will be my Plumber and recommendation here on out.

We recently had an issue with our hot water heater and called Authentic. They were responsive and worked with our schedule for an appointment. They called when in route, took a look at the water heater and saved us hundreds of dollars by telling us to go buy a $2 part from a hardware store. It worked! Thank you Authentic Plumbing for being honest. If we ever need a plumber, we will call Authentic without hesitation.

Long story short of an unexpected event!!

We had a leak in our crawlspace. I noticed it on Saturday, and started calling various plumbing services. The quickest to respond was Authentic Plumbing Solutions, and the individual who answered the call (Brandon) said he was on a job and could come by the evening. I said it was late so I would shut off the water overnight, and they could come in the morning. They came on time Sunday morning - Brandon and Leo. They inspected it, gave me a truly honest, professional and detailed explanation of the problem, and what needed to be done. Their work was truly exceptional. Brandon explained every step of the process. They got it all done the same day, despite the rather tight and difficult work area and having to first pump out the water that had built up to access the leak. They took extra care also to cover all the access areas inside the house, and after the job was done cleaned everything inside and outside. I could not praise them enough for their exceptional work, and their promptness, honestly and professionalism. Without the least bit of hesitation, I truly recommend Authentic Plumbing Solutions to anyone looking for fast, professional and honest service.

We contacted Brandon after another (large) plumbing company quoted us a price that was absurdly high and told us that in addition to our main gas line having a leak, that there was a gas leak inside and would likely require going through interior walls to detect. There was no gas leak inside, per testing done by Brandon, city inspector and Atmos. In addition, Brandon did the work for almost 1/3 of what the other co. quoted for the outside gas line. Brandon is knowledgeable, competent, and most importantly, honest. He did the work quickly and was in constant communication. We will be using Authentic Plumbing for another project and any future plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

Brandon came out and gave me an estimate for work on a recurring pipe issue . It wasn’t cheap - but not out of hand either. I had unclogged a drain before they arrived but he diagnosed the issue and gave me options in case of future issues. Easy to deal with, honest guy and hard workers.

I had a hose bib spring a leak in the wall , didn’t realize it was leaking until I had been running the hose in the yard for a while and seeing water rush out the weep holes of my brick was pretty anxiety inducing. I called Authentic Plumbing Solutions and Brandon picked up my call. He was great, explained my options and was able to come fix it this evening. He walked me through how he was going to fix it and was so nice throughout the whole process. Great experience and I know who I will call in the future for any of my plumbing needs.
