Very helpful! Repaired my leaking toilet and fixed my garbage disposal Even helped me with my gas log fireplace. And took the time to talk to me and give me advice on so many different issues in my home. Very efficient, knowledgeable, nice and friendly! I will use them again!

They were great from start to finish! They were able to get Devon out to my house in a few hours, he was able to locate the issue and fix it quickly. They were reasonably priced too, highly recommend!

We had a water main break just on our side of the city meter. Brandon came out in short order late in the evening and didn't leave our house until we were able to get water back in the house. BTW...that was 2:30am. Above and beyond service and very professional. Pics provided of the before and after were proof of pride in the work done. 5/5 all day long for this team!

Asa came out and diagnosed the issue quickly and accurately. Initially, we thought we needed a cut out and replacement of the clean-out pipes which would have been a large job. When Asa came out to do the work, he advised that it did not need to be changed and he was able to do the pressure test. I appreciated his honesty and good work with another repair on the intake line. Really nice working with him.

I was stood up by another plumber after waiting all day. Being a rental and me driving two hours to meet the plumber, I was desperate to find another and called Authentic plumbing at 4:45. Devan was there at 5:30 and quickly diagnosed the issue with my water heater. He was professional and offered some suggestions to help me understand how to maintain it. They were able to give me valuable information and guide me on the process for the pipe leaks happening underneath my pier-and-beam home. Working with a historical home in Dallas is a complicated process and they did their best to accomodate what was needed for repairs. I've worked with Devon on many other plumbing projects and highly recommend their team for services.

Authentic Plumbing in an exact that, a classical authentic plumbing company. They train their workers in each step and it was refreshing to see master plumbers pouring their knowledge into the next generation of American plumbers. They were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and easy to communicate with. We had an emergency gas leak. They took care of all the city permit process and found the least invasive way to install the gas line from the meter to the house. They bypassed a large tree root in order to save the tree, tunneled under a walkway instead of breaking up our concrete patio as other companies wanted to do. Needless to say they went above the norm and didn't take advantage of an emergency situation. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of everyone at the company. Highly recommend.

Brandon never disappoints! We struggle with finding companies we can rely on, so Brandon is a breath of fresh air! Dakota was great. 5/5 experience. Booking was easy and friendly. I needed the moisture under my pier and beam home diagnosed and he provided multiple solutions and plenty of education. Prices are fair and competitive and zero attitude or pressure is applied. Just good people doing good work.

Brandon came out at 11:00 pm to fix our leaking hot water heater. He explained the situation really well. We asked to have the heater installed a couple days later and the other plumber was just as good. They didn’t have the hot water heater we requested so they gave us a free upgrade to the next level up. They seemed very knowledgeable and were able to bring a quick fix. Seriously these guys know what they are doing and aren’t looking to nickel and dime you. They live up to their name as they really are authentic people. I’d highly recommend them to the local Rockwall area!
