Troy did an amazing job fixing our toilets. He was punctual, professional, and explained everything clearly. The repairs were done quickly and the toilets work perfectly now. Highly recommend Troy for any plumbing needs!

Hunter is awesome! He diagnosed three toilets correctly, had all parts needed, did repairs. Checked all three toilets after repair to demonstrate repairs correctly done. He was also professional, polite, friendly. Wicker Plumbing does a great job I highly recommend them and Hunter.

I have never worked with a contractor that was so available and responsive as Wicker. Time was of the essence and they came through. And like a couple other vendors we had bid the job, Wicker didn’t try to drain your wallet! I recommend them without any reservations.

Ernest from Wicker Plumbing came out to help us recently, and I was seriously impressed! He was on time, super friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in a way that made sense and got the job done quickly and right.

I had an excellent experience with Wicker Plumbing! Troy and Hunter were our technicians, and they were both professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly respectful of our home. They took the time to answer our questions and made sure we were completely comfortable with everything.

Josh Crow did a fantastic job and completed the work in a very clean and professional manner vs the first contractor (not Wicker) that came out and didn’t have the right tools to unclog, then provided a super high estimate to fix the drain clog. I highly recommend Wicker as they provide a clear estimate, call before the appointment and provide a diagnosis on the spot.

Ernest & Hunter were so kind, especially considering I was running late getting home so they had waited for a bit. They were very efficient and respectful. What I appreciated most though was that Ernest was showing me what things were and how they worked/didn’t work. Having that knowledge is appreciated, and helps me understand what was wrong with it. It also helps me troubleshoot issues as a homeowner

Troy and Todd from Wicker Plumbing came out to repair our shower, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. They were friendly, courteous, and very professional. They took the time to clearly explain the issue and, during the repair, discovered that the valve also needed to be replaced. They truly went the extra mile by contacting Moen directly on our behalf and getting everything squared away, which saved us a lot of time and hassle. The job was done right the first time, and they worked efficiently while making sure everything is working before they left. It’s clear they take pride in their work, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wicker Plumbing to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service.

I broke the line that morning. I reach out to Wicker Plumbing and in less then 3 hrs they come and fixed it! Fast and good service and I got to met the owner of the company! Great guy to hire for any Plumbing issues! I definitely recommend Wicker Plumbing!

UPDATE -

IF you’re a plumber you’d know this review was by an ignorant consumer. I thought it was a great install, but THEY NEVER INSTALLED THE Temperature Release Value! The excessive hot water kept backing up to the system and causing a failure. Had Milestone come out to identify the install folly. They stated this lack of pressure release could have caused a serious event. (Explosion worse case). Either way the owner of Sunrise made good on a promise to send someone out to install the TRV. They had to remove an entire wall of sheet rock behind the system to access the space to connect the release value. They never painted the wall after completion nor swept up.

Check out this tankless system they just installed! Last plumber put in a substandard product and didn't even wire it properly. Last time I use some amateur. Sunrise for everything plumbing from here on out! 3rd time they have helped in our home. Unclogged a line to our septic and they helped with our bathroom remodel in placing piping! They do it all!

Excellent communication, on time, and very courteous and professional! Outstanding job and will use again!

I called Sunrise for a kitchen faucet replacement due to a leak I couldn't fix. The receptionist was very pleasant and set up an appointment for later the same day. Mitchell Salas responded and he was fantastic. He was very personable and professional as he explained the issue and offered options. He worked hard in the tight space under the sink and completed the project with no problems. I was very pleased with the overall experience and both employees represented Sunrise very well. Thank you for a job well done!!
