Just tried to call and get them to come out to a project that we need a plumber on and they hung up on me, once they found out I was a GC. I would have been willing to let the owner of the office that we were working on hire them direct, but he didn't even give me a chance to talk. Very rude and unprofessional. Disappointed, especially after they were a referral from Metro-Flow Plumbing.

The first time we called A and J plumbers for a leaking toilet was over 10 years ago. We have called Joe exclusively since then for all our plumbing needs, He is always on time, comes right away even on a Sunday night when we had a pipe burst in an outside shower. His work is impeccable and his prices are very reasonable. He always cleans after his repairs and leaves the area spotless. I am so comfortable with Joe in my home that I would leave and run errands while he's repairing something in my home. He is trust worthy and easy to talk to. He explains the problem so you can clearly understand and make appropriate decisions regarding the repair. I only wish I could find other repair companies as reliable and dependable as A and J Plumbing.

I have a leaking outside pipe in my backyard. A friend told me about Joe and I called him this morning and they came out in 2 hours. Had water shut off since friday and Joe and JR were great in getting my pipe repaired and then replace a valve in bathroom. They had the best price and do high quality work and I highly recommend that you use A and J Plumbing for any plumbing needs. Again they do a great job and are very professional. Josh explained the issue really well and worked very hard to get a replacement from Home Depot. He was very eager to fix the issue quickly. We are really happy with the service wicker plumbing provided us.

Shawn the plumber was a real cool guy from the start! He introduced himself, told me what company he was with, and asked me about the issue I was having. I explained the issue and Shawn immediately went to work. While he was working, he explained how it happened and let me know which steps he would take to fix the problem. Shawn and Vincent did a remarkably fast and effective job. They knew what the issue was and fixed it within minutes. They were friendly and courteous. They did not make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed about clogging up my disposal with leftover rice and brisket🤣

I could give zero start if possible. Do not trust them. I have been waiting for 3 months, still there is no proper answer from them. The technician who came 3 months back, removed the faucet , made it worse and i am waiting for 3 months. Highly unprofessional.

We found a leak coming from our slab on 9/6/22 and called WP to come fix it. On 9/8/22 they came out and diagnosed the leak and scheduled to come fix it on 9/16/22 between 8am to 12. Meanwhile we had to shut off the water to our house for a family of 6 and wait. On 9/16 we waited. At noon we still hadn’t heard anything and no one was here. I called dispatch and the lady said sorry he got held up on another job. No big deal, I realize these thing happen and some jobs take longer than expected. So we wait with no water. They finally show up a couple hours later to jackhammer through my son’s floors and find the leak. One catastrophe after another they find the leak and have to also dig from the outside towards his room. They are then suggesting they are going to have to come back later to fix it. I say, I have NO water! They stay and fix it and want to leave the hole open for a few days to make sure there aren’t any leaks before filling it in. This is understandable so I pay them and say please don’t forget about us. To which they answer no ma’am we won’t. It has now been almost a month with two calls to see when they are coming back and no news. So my sons room sits with a hole in his floor waiting for them.
I understand that many jobs are short staffed at this time but the lack of communication is not acceptable. The young men that came,John and Tim, were very nice and did get my water back on. My mistake was paying in full before the job was completed.

Josh was great! He listened to the issues we were having and quickly identified the cause. He explained what was going on and was efficient with completing the repairs. Josh is very friendly, has good communication skills, and provided the best customer service I've had in a while. Shout out to Christy in the office as well. All of my interactions with her were outstanding.

Wicker Plumbing came out to clear a stoppage that was backing up my bathroom sinks and shutting off my A/C. Shawn showed up on-time and did a fantastic job not only fixing the problem, but also explaining exactly how it happened and how to prevent it from happening again. I couldn’t have asked for better service and will not hesitate to contact them for any future needs. Thank you!

Wicker Plumbing was a great company to go with! John C was very professional and helped with my boiler when it broke down. Awesome guy, helped explain how the boiler worked and even showed me how he did the job. Made me feel appreciated, money well spent.

Wicker Plumbing recently installed a tankless gas water heater (Rinnai), replaced a problematic kitchen faucet, and fixed a leaky shower assembly in my house. I am beyond impressed with their entire team's professionalism, courtesy, and overall service!

From the very beginning, Chrissy was the perfect(!!) coordinator — she handled all the communication seamlessly, efficiently, cheerfully, and with remarkable patience! She worked very closely with American Home Shield throughout their long process making it as smooth and stress-free, for me, as possible. (I told her I might call her the next time I was having a bad day... just to feel better :-)

Jason and Hunter stopped by first to inspect and diagnose the problems. Both were very efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.

On the day of service, Shawn and Vincent were punctual and extremely professional. They replaced/repaired the faucet/shower and installed the tankless water heater (which required some carpentry as well). Their expertise was evident. They made sure all the jobs were set up and completed correctly, and clearly explained everything to me before they left, particularly regarding the working and maintenance of the tankless water heater.

After a week, Josh and Bam came by for a follow-up/check-up visit, at no charge, and changed the gas regulator on the tankless water heater per the manufacturer's recommendation, for optimal functionality. They were just as professional and courteous, ensuring the system would run safely and efficiently.

We were referred to Wicker Plumbing by American Home Shield, the technician was fantastic and able to correct the issue with our garbage disposal quickly and even added a little lesson for us to correct the problem if it happened again.
