Gentry plumbing exceeded my expectations. I reside in Florida and our property in Texas sprung a large leak that was a fairly complicated fix. Gentry plumbing kept me updated every step of the way with photos and video, was on time and got the repair done in a very timely manner. I am very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend this courteous and professional company.

Tom and his crew were great. Very professional and wasted no time to identify and repair root cause of the issue. I offered to pay more than what he charged me out of gratitude on such a great job he did, but he would only accept what the labor and parts cost. What a great plumbing service! Zeke and Tom from Gentry Plumbing did a great fix on the leak under our kitchen sink on 2-14-2024. Zeke even vacuumed the area when they were finished! Very happy. Will definitely call these competent people again. They know more than one way to fix something.

Well it was on the freeway one of there employees must have been in a rush to make it home, cut me off completely on the 20 near the 635. I had to slam the breaks i was in a 18 wheeler gas truck. Tried to call but they were closed already.

Noticed my water consumption over the past months had suddenly gotten higher and couldn’t understand why. I called City of Denison and they couldn’t find any leaks, so I called Mr. Rooter. At first glance they didn’t find any either. Then we turned on our sprinklers. Lo and behold, one of our sprinkler heads was broken off and a stream of water shooting straight up into the air. Time to replace the 180° head. Thank you Matthew and Mr. Rooter problem solved. Water bill should be back to normal.
