Replaced two 50-gallon electric water heaters in the attic above the garage. The installation was done cleanly and professionally from start to finish. Old units were removed and hauled away, and the new Lochinvar heaters were installed with proper drain pans, and individual shutoff valves.

Everything was explained clearly. Pricing was fair with no surprises. I would absolutely recommend them for water heater replacements, especially attic installations.

Great experience with Blue Collar Plumbing. Was able to get an estimate for a water heater replacement with details provided over the phone, that was less expensive and of same quality as bigger company. Quickly got an appointment scheduled and water heater replaced with excellent service!

I’ve been having issues for a couple of weeks with in my kitchen with the hot water pressure and flow. I considered trying to do it myself and determined that the job wa more than I could handle when I reached out to Ashton at Blue Collar. We had a conversation about what we thought the issue was and he was able to diagnose what we thought it was over the phone. We scheduled a visit for the next morning and he was able to quickly confirm his initial thoughts and we proceed with making the repairs. His prompt analysis, problem solving flexibility in getting me scheduled really made this a great experience. I will definitely call them should I have other plumbing issues.

Pretty good experience to replace water heater that wasn't working anymore, Ashton was very helpful and responded on short notice (contacted via online Saturday, he responded almost immediately), and came out Monday morning to fix it and replaced with a 50 gallon Lochinvar water heater. He's a nice professional guy and knows what he's talking about. About $1500 to replace the water heater and dispose of the old one.

Ashton was direct and clear with pricing and what he was going to need to replace to get a new water heater installed and up to code. He also made it clear what was additional but would need to be directly asked to not add as they were standard safety mechanisms if something went wrong. He showed up perfectly on time and got it all done in about 2-2.5 hours. He also had no issue answering all my curiosity questions as a first time house owner!

Came to their shop for help with a faucet that I couldn’t get the cartridge out of. Front door unlocked, no one inside. Called their number. No answer. Waste of a trip.
