Mr. Rooter plumbing of Rockwall replaced 33ft. of gas line after we had a leak. The team arrived on time and was extremely professional and courteous. Pricing was reasonable…..I didn’t even have to haggle!

Dillon was out and repaired a slab leak for me. Did amazing job staying on budget and finished promptly. I would recommend Mr. Rooter for any plumbing problems you may have.

Called these guys out for a bad smell coming from the drain. They came out and tested water pressure, took a picture of my water heater and then told me they could sell me something to pour down my drain. Checking the drain line with a camera was "not worth their time." Called a different plumber, they came out, ran a camera, found the problem and cleared it, now everything is fixed. Not sure how we were "not worth their time" but I know my time is certainly valuable, and it was completely wasted.

I had to flush my water heater as part of the maintenance and Evan came over to help with that. He was very efficient and explained very clearly about the process. He was also knowledgeable in a lot of maintenance process and I would highly recommend him for any plumbing work in and around!

Did an excellent job, and very helpful! Actually did more than I'd asked for but still charged me just the original quote. Will definitely use again if needed.

Your employee, Dillon Nash, was very professional and patient when doing his job. He showed a personal interest in making sure he did all he could to resolve my problem. Mr. Rooter was courteous, punctual and cost effective. They fixed a leak in our laundry room sink and hydrojetted a drain line that was extremely clogged. They then ran a camera down the line so we could see how clean the drain line was after the jetting was done. I would highly recommend them!

Was able to get a visit same day to diagnose the issue with camera scope. Diggers start tomorrow or day after, very nice to get going on this ASAP! Master Plumber (Eugene) was awesome, and the owner (Rhett) was great to talk to in the phone from the start!

These guys went above and beyond to help us out! We were so bummed we had to call them on a Sunday and pay the emergency fee, but we needed them and they showed up quickly! After a tad confusion on cost, they helped get our home unclogged!….. unfortunately the next day, we were clogged up again and to our surprise, Rhett and Dillon came to our rescue us AGAIN!! We had a section of water line from the meter to the house that was leaking and needed to be repaired. Evan who was the Tech, came out and had it replaced in just a few hours. He was courteous, professional and did a outstanding job. Very reasonable on the price. I highly recommend them...!!!!

Jacob came out and did a plumbing inspection on a home we were looking at purchasing. He was very punctual and thorough in his inspection and identified several issues that were not highlighted by the regular home inspection. We had a great experience having this inspection performed and definitely saved ourselves from any surprise repairs on our home purchase.
