My wife and I had a great experience with wicker plumbing. Unlike other plumbers that give a ridiculous 7hr window on when they may arrive, wicker provides a 4hr window. They showed up within the first hour of that window. The plumber was very kind and professional. He fixed my toilet within 10 minutes and he was also able to fix a broken faucet as a last second request as well. Highly recommend!

Best plumbers ever. He called me back within 30 mins of filling out the contact form at 7 pm. He came out the same night and tried to clear the blockage with the snake and when that didnt work, he had his crew at my house first thing in the morning to fully clear the blockage. I would recommend him to anyone. Best plumber experience ever. We will be using him moving forward.

Incredibly impressed and thankful for the team at Wicker Plumbing. Josh and Shawn were nothing but professional, courteous and helpful with an incredibly frustrating plumbing situation. Shawn spent time explaining the issue at hand, the possibilities and options to resolve and was upfront when I asked for cost. He was able to pinpoint the exact issue and resolve it and I am so thankful. We had poor workmanship from a prior plumber. Troy and Ty explained the issue and fixed the other plumbers issue. Choice matters.

Shaun & Hunter from Wicker Plumbing were really helpful with fixing my kitchen faucet. They are very accommodating in listening to the issue and doing detail inspection to find the issue. They fixed my kitchen faucet and after couple weeks it was leaking and they were cool to come back and fix the faucet as it was a different issue on their second visit. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with plumbing issues as they are very knowledgeable and friendly in solving plumbing issues.

Shawn did an amazing job! He was very friendly and a great presence to be around. He found the problem almost right away and took care of it in 30 minutes. Truly a fantastic service done by Shawn.

I called Wicker for a clogged bathtub and slow draining bathroom sink. Ernest showed up in less than 2 hours and had it fixed and flowing better than it ever has! Highly recommend!!

We went through our Home Warranty who sent out Wicker Plumbing to diagnose a pipe leak underneath our house. The first person who came out, Josh, had determined through an isolation test we had one pipe leak underneath our guest bathroom; unfortunately he left the company without notice and we never got a final report and were not informed of this for over two weeks. Then, Troy came out to do another isolation test and informed us we had a major leak and minor leak in our guest bathroom and we were quoted $25,000 to fix this. We decided to get a second opinion and went through another company who performed three different plumbing tests - one including a camera - and have determined there is NO leak in our guest bathroom but in our laundry room on the opposite side of the house. Very dissappointed with this experience that delayed us finding the cause of our issues for about two months and has worsened our foundation issues and if we had trusted Wicker Plumbing we would be out $25,000 for a leak that never existed.

The professional plumbers from Wicker exhibited extraordinary professionalism and courtesy. As a former Official of the American Embassy,Defense my standards are high. Wicker exceeded my expectations.

Wicker was wonderful with their service set up appointment and sending someone out to evaluate and resolve. Troy arrived timely, evaluated and got my plumbing issue resolved quickly. He was very professional and had fantastic customer service.

Josh with Wicker Plumbing was very professional and attentive during the repairs required for my plumbing in the Kitchen. He made sure I understood what was going on, as there were a couple of hiccups with valves along the way. He insured that I had the faucet I wanted. He cleaned up and provided all the information I needed to go on with the second phase of our plumbing repairs.

We were so happy that we had Ernest from Wicker plumbing do our toilet repair..They were punctual, did not keep us waiting..they were knowledgeable, did a thorough job, they did not rush, they were friendly, did not make a mess, they even cleaned up after the work was completed and did not leave a whole lot to be cleaned..

Completely unresponsive. Last time I wrote a review they chased me down to remove it. How about being responsive and providing service to earn ratings? Emailed to say they will provide the service "free" if I took down the review. Called 3 times, cant still get a quote, everytime they tell me it will be sent today.

I had a stubborn drain stoppage and a broken faucet that needed fixing. Troy from Wicker Plumbing arrived right on time and was fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly explain the cause of the stoppage and the faucet issue, and clearly went over what repairs were covered under my warranty. It was really reassuring to know exactly what I was being charged for and what the warranty would cover, with no surprises.
