Worked with Lance Winters at JML roofing and couldn’t have been happier! Very prompt, excellent communication with timely updates, did quality work, and even sent an overhead video afterwards for the new homeowners. We were in a time crunch to have the roof replaced before we could close and Lance and JML roofing came to the rescue! Their process was straightforward and they were so helpful with filing a claim with our homeowners insurance to get a quick approval. Will definitely use again on our next roof.

JML Roofing Solutions did an excellent job at replacing my roof that had suffered wind and hail damage. I was given a detailed explanation for everything they planned on doing. They showed up first thing in the morning, tore my old roof off, and replaced it by the end of the day. I was very impressed with the clean-up too. You couldn't tell that roofers had been at my house the whole day. They even painted the existing vents to match the color of the new shingles. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job.

I have now had two experiences with JML. The first one was a simple fix of a vent on my roof, I called my go-to roofer and they immediately told me $800 as a minimum. I was offended and called JML. They quickly came to my house fixed it for a minimal fee and told me that's not how they do business, they give you what you need.

Yesterday I noticed the cap of one of my vents fell off. I have experience with roofing and was going to try and fix it myself but called them to see their availability. He didn't want me on my roof, came out the next day, fixed it immediately and thanked me for my time.

It's rare to find a company focused on the customer and not the money and JML is that company, could not recommend them more

We were in the process of selling our house and the inspector saw some roof damage. The buyer wanted 5000 to repair the roof. We contacted JML roofing company and they came out and had the roof repaired for 475 dollars saving us the large difference amount. Great job and everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional making this process very smooth

This company is ABSOLUTELY top-notch! From personal experience I know Roofing companies can be pretty shady so I really hate having to search for a reputable one I could and would trust our home with. I will never use another company, JLM roofing was by far the best find and we will forever be customers! It was an absolute seamless experience from start to finish. They were very communicative throughout the process, we knew exactly what was happening and what to expect each step of the way. They started at 6AM and we’re finished early afternoon (same day). They were so careful with the removal of the old roof so there was no damage to the exterior of the home, they even repaired trim work on the chimney that had previously fallen off. To say these guys go above & beyond is an understatement!

JML ROOFING SOLUTIONS is the best at what they do! They just put a new roof on my mother’s house, and put new gutters and did some other exterior repairs. What a great job!
They used drones to take pictures of the stages of the work to send to me. What an organized, exceptional process! Lance made the whole experience of working w/ the insurance company easier. He is straight-forward, honest, and pleasant to work with.

I called JML roofing and spoke with Lauren about an issue with a drip. It sounded like it was in the chimney from the ice and snow melt. As soon as it was safe to get on my roof, Chelsea and Stephen were looking for the problem. A possible problem was identified and repaired the following day. From 1st contact to completed repair was 3 days. Eventhough my repair was small, I felt like I was important to them.

I can’t say enough good things about Chelsea Stelte. She is kind, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about people. I reached out to JML after I noticed a small water mark on the ceiling by my fireplace. Terry came out same day and thoroughly inspected my roof and attic. He found a popped nail in the shingle that was the cause of the leak. Not only did he provide me with photos to document his repair, Terry inspected the entire roof and addressed other popped nails and repaired them as well. Terry was quick to respond, took his time and got the job done correctly. I haven't had any other issues since he's been out. When It's time for me to replace my roof, I know who to call.
