Had a leak after this recent rain storm due to a cracked vent cover. Called JML the next day and Lance got out there right away. Hopped on the roof and did a full inspection. Very professional and he went through the entire scope of work in extreme detail. Had their crew out there the next day for the repair. A process that I would’ve expected to take much longer was complete, start to finish, in three days.!

We LOVE JML Roofing! JML is trustworthy, reliable and fast. When we were doing our house remodel the contractor suggested a roof inspection. JML came out same day and offered free tips for ways to increase the life of our roof even without us needing a new one. We didn’t need one then, but when we do, Chelsea Stelte with JML will be our first and only phone call.

Well its Xmas time and the lights are up on the roof and I was made aware of some cracking on the Ridge cap shingles. Also the birds love to get up there and dig around. I called JML on Monday and Lance came out the same day. Took some pictures and provided me a awesome price for a "Roof Tuneup". Steve who I have worked with in the past on a leak came out the next morning and as usual got everything fixed up. He not only removed and installed (New) the damaged shingles but also walked around and performed some preventative maintenance around the roof. They always stand by their work and I have to say are very straight up honest. All I ask for is someone is be honest and not rob or take advantage and I have not once ever felt like that with JML. Right after the hail storm, I was really dreaded having to deal with a roofing contractor! I'm relieved to have ran across JML to help us out. Having a roof replacement isn't fun, but they took care of us from right after the storm through completion of the new roof. They walked me through the claims process with insurance and made sure I understood each step. Communication was great from Lance and Zack, and via email from their office staff. They brought out a large enough crew to get my two-story house completed in less than 8 hours keeping any inconvenience minimal. I hope I don't ever need them again, but it's a relief to know I have a "roof guy" now. Everyone needs a roof guy. Thanks Lance & team!

We had a great experience with JML. Terry Davis was absolutely amazing to work with. He was there every step of the way. We had never gone through an insurance claim before, however he was patient, answered all of our questions, and guided us through the process. He supported each interaction with our insurance and was available day and night to answer all of our questions. He even had the courtesy to take my window screens to the right place to have them repaired...he went above and beyond in each interaction. The company was very professional, and the quality of work was excellent. We could not recommend them enough.

Lance is PHENOMENAL! Last week after the storm, I called JML Roofing after discovering a leak in my foyer. Lance came out promptly, same day. He listened, heard and went to work. He looked at the roof and the attic, communicating all the way and found the problem. I have every conference in Lance. His personality, his communication skills, his resolve to find the problem and give options are commendable. I highly recommend JML & more specially , Lance. Terry from JML did an incredible job - could not recommend highly enough! After working with a few other roofing companies after a tree fell on our house for ~6 months (to no avail), Terry jumped in and got the roof fully repaired in less than a month. We had some weather in the forecast over the holiday, so he even secured a new, fitted tarp to protect us from any rain or ice in the interim. The whole team was courteous and professional. I’ve been meaning to write this review. JML Heating and Cooling came through for me last minute after another contractor did a horrible job on my chimney. Jon was able to step in quickly and install a new chimney lining before winter.

Jon has a great personality and was very personable, efficient, and honest about what I actually needed. He did not try to upsell or scam me, which I really appreciated. The price was very reasonable and the work was done quickly and professionally.

It has now been two winters since the installation and I have had no issues at all. No leaks, no ceiling damage, nothing. I am very happy with the work and highly recommend JML Heating and Cooling, especially Jon.

We’ve used JML, and specifically reached out to Lance, a few times with repairs when major storms come by. The guys at JML are courteous, quick and do quality work. They’ve been able to make my original builder grade roof last a few extra years. Great team if you want an honest opinion and quality work done.

I can’t say enough good words about the job that JML did for our roof replacement. Chelsea Stelte was our advocate and coordinator throughout the process, starting with the inspections, pricing, coordinating our insurance claim submissions, securing of city permits, and even coordinating with our solar company to ensure that our solar system was de-installed/re-installed seamlessly with our roof replacement. The roofing crew showed up on time and worked efficiently to complete the roof replacement in one day, and the clean-up at the end of the day and following morning was impeccable! Throughout the process, I was able to watch the roof replacement progress on-line in real-time (see provided photos). And, at the end, Chelsea personally swept the entire worksite with a magnet to ensue that our property was free of nails or other debris. JML Roofing Solutions recently completed 2 home improvement projects for us involving metal roofing…one was strictly for esthetic purposes & the second was functional in purpose.
They replaced a small section of shingled roof over our front porch with a section of paneled metal. The second project involved the back of our house & 4 windows lined up side by side. Seasonal shifts with the sun in the winter months created a bright glare in our home living area. Having a two story home puts the roof line on the 2nd story. JML Roofing custom manufactured a metal paneled canopy to cap the four windows. All was painted to blend with existing roofing & masonry.
Functionality accomplished with pleasing to the eye decor additions!

I reached out to JML Roofing for our projects because I had snapped a picture of their signage near my home while walking our dog. Chelsea responded promptly & was a absolute joy to work with. She is very professional & could answer every question we asked in discussing our project. The work crew was great & mindful of leaving their work area tidy.
