Reviews of local pros in Rockwall, Texas

Authentic Plumbing Solutions is true to their name! They are Authentic! I had a very pleasant experience working with them. They were very honest, knowledgeable and hardworking! Will be recommending them to all family and friends!

Devon, Brandon, and Asa were super helpful with my plumbing emergency. They were able to give me valuable information and guide me on the process for the pipe leaks happening underneath my pier-and-beam home. Working with a historical home in Dallas is a complicated process and they did their best to accomodate what was needed for repairs. I've worked with Devon on many other plumbing projects and highly recommend their team for services.

Authentic Plumbing in an exact that, a classical authentic plumbing company. They train their workers in each step and it was refreshing to see master plumbers pouring their knowledge into the next generation of American plumbers. They were on time, courteous, knowledgeable, professional and easy to communicate with. We had an emergency gas leak. They took care of all the city permit process and found the least invasive way to install the gas line from the meter to the house. They bypassed a large tree root in order to save the tree, tunneled under a walkway instead of breaking up our concrete patio as other companies wanted to do. Needless to say they went above the norm and didn't take advantage of an emergency situation. We couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of everyone at the company. Highly recommend.

Brandon never disappoints! We struggle with finding companies we can rely on, so Brandon is a breath of fresh air! Incredible work ethic, reasonable with pricing, flexible with schedules, and always responsive. If he doesn’t have to do it, he won’t! And if you can do it yourself, he’ll let you know that too. We won’t use anyone else.

Dakota was great. 5/5 experience. Booking was easy and friendly. I needed the moisture under my pier and beam home diagnosed and he provided multiple solutions and plenty of education. Prices are fair and competitive and zero attitude or pressure is applied. Just good people doing good work.

Last time around the person that had come in didn’t do anything and I was really upset. But Brandon made it up with a new complimentary visit. He was very professional, checked the issue and even made recommendations on next steps. I appreciate when a service provider keeps up their reputation if one individual doesn’t do a good job.

The best plumbing service we have ever had, hands down. Authentic Plumbing were prompt, thorough and extremely professional. We will definitely use them again as well as refer them to everyone we know. Thank you Authentic Plumbing for taking care of us and restoring our faith in good professional service.

Brandon came out at 11:00 pm to fix our leaking hot water heater. He explained the situation really well. We asked to have the heater installed a couple days later and the other plumber was just as good. They didn’t have the hot water heater we requested so they gave us a free upgrade to the next level up. They seemed very knowledgeable and were able to bring a quick fix. Seriously these guys know what they are doing and aren’t looking to nickel and dime you. They live up to their name as they really are authentic people. I’d highly recommend them to the local Rockwall area!

Brandon was dispatched to my home in a decent time. Explained everything before hand that was wrong along with giving me a quote. Service was excellence. Will definitely recommend.

Brandon and his team were very professional and did a great job. They were also flexible on scheduling! Once again (this time during a freeze) they were out in a couple hours and fixed my leak. I would recommend these folks to everyone!

We had a plumbing emergency yesterday and your representative, Brandon, couldn't have been more helpful or professional. He explained everything he was going to do, completed his repair and advised us of a pending issue. He provided us with all the information we needed. Just a fine young man, thank you for being there. I'll gladly recommend to anyone about you all anytime.

Brandon with Authentic Plumbing was thorough and very courteous. He explained what he was recommending and provided a quote for approval prior to the work. He was efficient and professional. Would highly recommend Authentic Plumbing.

Brandon picked up my calls and provided THE most effective (of the 5 options I had) customer service. I found he could understand what I was asking for and respond and explain things in a way I could follow. There were so many details and factors to consider. He was transparent, honest and efficient. Keep up your knowhow and customer service! Thanks for helping me!

We had water coming through in our hallway floor. Were told it was most likely foundation. We were looking at several thousand in repairs. Branden found the leak in a wall. Was a fraction of what previous estimates were.
Honest & Professional

Brandon is great! Communicated greatly and was quick to respond. I would definitely use Authentic Plumbing again.

Brandon answered my call and showed up promptly. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes amd resolved my issue the other plumbers didnt fix in their 2 visits (likely due to their trying to sell me their expensive services). Brandon then told me the 1200.00 service 2 other plumbers had tried to sell me was completely unnecessary, pointless, and would not solve my issue - he showed me the camera view backing up his reasoning.

Brandon and Authentic Plumbing are yhe real deal and will be my Plumber and recommendation here on out.

Thank you Brandon!

We recently had an issue with our hot water heater and called Authentic. They were responsive and worked with our schedule for an appointment. They called when in route, took a look at the water heater and saved us hundreds of dollars by telling us to go buy a $2 part from a hardware store. It worked! Thank you Authentic Plumbing for being honest. If we ever need a plumber, we will call Authentic without hesitation.

Long story short of an unexpected event!!
Had a gas leak in the line entering the house and had it fixed by Authentic Plumbing Solutions, LLC, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From the moment I contacted Brandon, his professionalism and responsiveness were evident. Promptly scheduled an appointment and arrived before time.
Brandon is incredibly knowledgeable, explained and provided a clear plan for the repair. Throughout the process, he maintained a high level of communication, ensuring I was informed every step of the way.
The repair itself was executed efficiently and with great care. Once the job was completed, he conducted a thorough inspection to ensure everything was in perfect working order.
What stood out the most was his commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Brandon was courteous, respectful, and the pricing was transparent and fair, with no hidden charges.
I highly recommend Authentic Plumbing Solutions, LLC for their exceptional service and expertise. I will definitely be using their services again for any future plumbing needs. Thank you, Authentic Plumbing Solutions, LLC, for a job well done!

Brandon and his team are fantastic! If you haven’t used Authentic Plumbing, definitely give him a call for any plumbing needs.
We have used them now multiple times and they have been great!

Wonderful service, knowledge and skills. They responded timely and came on time. We called them in the morning and they were here early afternoon. Work was done very quickly.
Very reasonable prices for faucets and toilets work.
Big thanks for Brandon and Dakota.

Brandon did an awesome job! He came same day & rescued us from a toilet clog while we had company in from out of town. He is also very polite & cleaned up his mess. We will be calling him again to help with our plumbing needs.
