We had a leak in our crawlspace. I noticed it on Saturday, and started calling various plumbing services. The quickest to respond was Authentic Plumbing Solutions, and the individual who answered the call (Brandon) said he was on a job and could come by the evening. I said it was late so I would shut off the water overnight, and they could come in the morning. They came on time Sunday morning - Brandon and Leo. They inspected it, gave me a truly honest, professional and detailed explanation of the problem, and what needed to be done. Their work was truly exceptional. Brandon explained every step of the process. They got it all done the same day, despite the rather tight and difficult work area and having to first pump out the water that had built up to access the leak. They took extra care also to cover all the access areas inside the house, and after the job was done cleaned everything inside and outside. I could not praise them enough for their exceptional work, and their promptness, honestly and professionalism. Without the least bit of hesitation, I truly recommend Authentic Plumbing Solutions to anyone looking for fast, professional and honest service.

We contacted Brandon after another (large) plumbing company quoted us a price that was absurdly high and told us that in addition to our main gas line having a leak, that there was a gas leak inside and would likely require going through interior walls to detect. There was no gas leak inside, per testing done by Brandon, city inspector and Atmos. In addition, Brandon did the work for almost 1/3 of what the other co. quoted for the outside gas line. Brandon is knowledgeable, competent, and most importantly, honest. He did the work quickly and was in constant communication. We will be using Authentic Plumbing for another project and any future plumbing issues. Highly recommend.

Brandon came out and gave me an estimate for work on a recurring pipe issue . It wasn’t cheap - but not out of hand either. I had unclogged a drain before they arrived but he diagnosed the issue and gave me options in case of future issues. Easy to deal with, honest guy and hard workers.

I had a hose bib spring a leak in the wall , didn’t realize it was leaking until I had been running the hose in the yard for a while and seeing water rush out the weep holes of my brick was pretty anxiety inducing. I called Authentic Plumbing Solutions and Brandon picked up my call. He was great, explained my options and was able to come fix it this evening. He walked me through how he was going to fix it and was so nice throughout the whole process. Great experience and I know who I will call in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

Super impressed with their honesty and hard work. We had a slab leak and My home warranty company sent out some jokester of a company and they quoted a ridiculous price after they tore up the bathroom unnecessarily and didn’t explain why they charged so much. I chose Authentic because of the reviews and they were not wrong. Brandon came over quoted us three different prices for three different scenarios. He quickly found the issue and was able to repair for the cheapest option and less invasive job. He saved me tons of money. I’ve already recommended this company to all of my friends and family. Brandon came out to give me an assessment and estimate on a job involving broken & deteriorating cast iron plumbing on a house from the 80's. It also had no clean outs and he was able to explain why those would help in the future.

Brandon, Alyssa, and the rest of the team are truly wonderful human beings. Every step of the way I felt comfortable, communicated with, and that I had learned enough about what all was being done to my house. They were efficient but precise. They gave me multiple options based on what I want / could afford, instead of trying to force a huge whole home re-plumb that I really didn't need (unlike other local contractors I reached out to). Everything was by the book, inspected, and verified.

Brandon is seriously the man, and it's rare in life to find a good contractor that you will want to stick with for good. He and Authentic Plumbing have definitely hit that role for me!

Brandon and his crew did an exceptional job repairing our plumbing. We bought a house and within two month of living there we had a main water leak under the foundation. He was quick, efficient, and most importantly honest. He had a team out digging almost immediately and he was there next day to perform the repair. I’m currently healing from Achilles surgery so being without water was a hassle and his was heartfelt and understood. The digging was less than anticipated so he called me explaining the bill would be lowered due to that. Most companies would’ve never mentioned that and just pocketed the money. If you’re having plumbing issues I wouldn’t hesitate to call this company. They have a customer in us moving forward for sure!

Highly recommend Authentic Plumbing Solutions. Brandon was able to get out to us quickly when our plumbing went sideways and cleared a sewer stoppage the same visit. He ran a camera and found a break in the pipe that was actually on the city side — and instead of trying to upsell a repair, he told us straight up to check with the city first. That kind of honesty is rare and appreciated.
While he was already there, we had them install a new toilet and a new showerhead. The toilet install wasn’t straightforward due to an uneven tile floor, but Brandon explained exactly what was going on, shimmed and caulked it properly, and made sure we understood everything before he left.
