Devin came to do my semi-annual HVAC maintenance. He was prompt, very curteous and explained everything he would be checking. He followed up with an email describing all services for that day. Recommend him and Custom Comfort.

Devin Gilbert was on time and exceeded expectations. He spent time & care cleaning our outdoor unit, checking the system over - ensuring it was in top shape. We have a tight space in the attic to change out the large filter. He managed it with ease. He is friendly and we appreciate him taking such good care of us.

I just want to say that this company is amazing! And the ladies who help you are so very efficient and professional! Some gal named Shelbie sure went the extra mile to get my renters heater fixed too! And just in the nick of time! Thank you owners, thank you service guys, and THANK YOU SHELBIE!!!

Gilbert tested the system numerous times to make sure everything was working properly. He answered all my questions that I had for him. I even asked him to show me how to check and clean the filters that it had. He was very professional. I would definitely use them again.

Devin is a very nice person to deal with. He is very knowledgeable on these systems and took the time to explain what was going on with my A/C system. Gas furnace was not performing well at cold temperatures. Devin showed up promptly and listened to my concerns. He answered my many question and evaluated the system set points. He was able to make some adjustments to the furnace and now it works much better than before, hitting setpoint much faster. Thanks for the great service.

Devon the tech arrived in the time window , was friendly and courteous , and correctly (I hope ) diagnosed and fixed the problem. I thought the price for replacing the thermostat ($1900 )was more than outrageous . The exact model installed was $689.00 on Amazon. It took less than an hour to install. I understand there is value in having the part and providing the expertise to diagnose and correctly (I hope ) install it but $1200 in time, expertise and actual labor time seems really excessive. I will be more selective in choosing my HVAC service providers. Feel like I was ripped.

Was having issues with my Heating System and was able to get a technician out right away. Technician name was Devin and he was very courteous and explained in detail how he was going to proceed in looking into the issue. He was able to diagnosis the problem very quickly and again very detailed in explaining. He explained all annual maintenance and cost. I was very pleased with Devin.

I was disappointed with my previous HVAC service provider and decided to give Custom Comfort Air an opportunity. I was very pleased with my choice. The young lady who scheduled my appointment was polite and accomodating. Sergio, the technician, arrived on time and quickly got to work checking my heating system. His inspection was thorough and he explained each step. He was respectful and friendly. The price was competitive with other companies I considered. I look forward to Custom Comfort Air checking my A/C next spring.
