Excellent service, and knowledge! If you are local to the Rosenberg/Richmond area, they are the go to for your plumbing needs. They also carry parts for sprinkler systems, as well. Most of the major hardware stores are carrying less and less of these parts, and buying local is always a plus! I won't go anywhere else!

I went to this location in order to purchase 1/2 inch cpvc elbows i was clearly over charged for the product $1 per piece i bought 20 pieces for $20 probably doubled the cost. Sales person extremely rude said to me you can go stand in line at home depot if you don't like the price. I told the sales person I needed his name he refused to give it to me. I told him I had taken a photo of him. He then started I'll pose for you. I ask another employee for the manager that employee stated he is the manager. I didn't believe that.

I am a do it yourselfer type person, with no knowledge about plumbing. I have been here a few times with parts that don't fit, and the guys always know what I need before I even ask the question. It's a little bit of a drive for me, but the drive is well worth it for the great customer service!

I recently had an excellent experience with Devin Gilbert from Custom Comfort Air. My AC unexpectedly broke down on Saturday night, which was quite frustrating. I called Custom Comfort Air, and to my relief, Devin reached out bright and early on Sunday morning to schedule a repair visit.
Remarkably, my AC started working again just before Devin arrived. Despite the AC appearing to be functional, Devin didn't just leave. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the system to understand what might have caused the temporary malfunction. His commitment to understanding the root cause, even when the immediate problem seemed resolved, was truly impressive.
Devin clearly explained what likely happened and provided valuable instructions on what I should do if the same issue arises in the future. His professionalism and deep knowledge of HVAC systems were evident throughout his visit. I am very impressed with his dedication to customer service and his ability to clearly communicate complex technical information. I highly recommend Devin and Custom Comfort Air for any HVAC needs!

Custom Comfort has serviced our HVAC system for five years and we have always been very happy with their service. On of their long-time customers referred us to them and we have never been disappointed. We have a contract for two service calls each year and appreciate the work they do to keep our system running. He was on time, called ahead about 20 minutes before arriving, polite, efficient and careful to do a good job, explain what he did and answer our questions. I was given a service window, but Devin showed up right on time early in the morning, ready to get things done. He was very polite and professional throughout the entire visit. We have been Custom Comfort customers for at least 30 years. Service with them has always been excellent. A week ago we purchased new central air and heating . Colt was our technician . He took the time to help us select the unit and how it worked. Installation was done by 3 young men, Luis, Moises, and Allen, who were very quiet. They did their part and cleaned up well. Colt came back after everything was done to see how it was going. He took one look at me ( a senior citizen) and said he would set up the app on my smart phone. I said no,no. I can do it, but then I quickly said , Okay. I had no idea what he was doing and I knew I would not be able to do it. Thank goodness he did it.
All in all, I can only say, job well done.

I was pleasantly surprised when a Custom Comfort van arrived an hour early. A highly motivated crew systematically and efficiently removed the old air conditioning components. Connections and fittings were cut precisely and accurately to facilitate the ease of the new Air Conditioner installation. The crew worked together efficiently and compatibly. When the installation was complete we were offered instruction for operating the new thermostat.
Without any thing left to chance! The crew left the work site spotless and the installation a work of art!
