The technician (Remi) was earlier than the time given by dispatch, he was up front, knowledgeable, and very professional. The work he did was top-notch. I needed repairs to my broken pipes following the freeze. Michael was super nice and professional, explaining everything he was doing and showing me the pipe breaks. He was committed and dedicated to get my water restored after I had already been without for 15 days. He and his assistant Mike G were on site approximately 6-1/2 hours to replace pipes (10+ breaks in all). The master bathroom cannot be completed at this time, but Michael was able to cap it off and restore water to the smaller bathroom, kitchen, and washing machine. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was not inexpensive but I will not hesitate to use them again. Very impressed by Michael’s though ness and attention to detail. He obviously loves what he does.

The guy showed up at the earlier end of the time window which was amazing since we were in quite a serious situation. He was upfront about the work that needed to happen and the cost. He was very professional and I will most definitely remember this company if I ever have an emergency again. Very satisfied with the service!!

Luke did an excellent job of cleaning my drain pipe. He then ran a camera and found a low spot in my sewer line where waste was accumulating and creating the drainage blockage. He went above and beyond and searched and found an outside clean out pipe that was buried a foot underground and I did not even know the house had. I was charged a fair price and would say this plumber went above and beyond in addressing my problem. I would recommend them without any reservation.

The expert plumber who came to my house was Matt B. He has years of experience and was ready to take care of things right away. That's a work ethic I really respect. He answered questions and explained things clearly. I knew I was in good hands. In a few hours, I had a new (dream) toilet installed! Talk about great service! From now on, I know I will call on Ben Franklin Plumbing whenever I need plumbing services.

Matt came out and quickly found the problem, he explained what he needed to do and got right on it. He was very patient and very detailed about how he was going to fix the problem. Matt shared possibly future problems if the Exterior sewer pipes were not replaced or repaired soon. I appreciate what he did and would highly recommend.

Pipe cracked by our water shut off. It took some time for them to get to us, understandably. I know they were taking more urgent cases ahead of ours. Once they did get to us the repair was very quick, and the price was fair. Jaren was thorough in helping us check for further issues.

Luke was here within 5 min of calling. He checked the problem and gave me a choice on what actions he could take. He ran his test and we all agreed that it had to be and irrigation problem. During his testing he found one of the toilets to be malfunctioning. He spoke to us about the problem and again gave us choices. We opted for letting him fix it. He was very through in going over our options and the pricing.

Luke did such a fine job. He deserves a red cape with Ben Franklin on it. So he can properly swoop down and rescue us mortals from the "CLOG", the "SPURT", the "LEAK" and last but not least "THE DRIP".

Matt Bowersox arrived on time!!! Was very friendly and courteous!!! He put in a great deal of effort in his attempts to unclog my moms drain!!! He put in so much effort!!!! He explained step-by-step what he did!!! Didn’t do anything till he told us what he’s was going to do! Gave us all the info we needed to try and fix the problem! So I would highly recommend this company!!!! Thank you Matt!!!!

What an a great company. I have had excellent service from this company for over 25 years. They are professional, reliable, responsible, and dedicated to providing exceptional service. I am extremely happy with their job and great customer service, especially Brian who has always been available when I needed him.

I had a flush done on my Tankless Water Heater. The office called me 30mins before the appt time, as well as sent me a photo of Dennis so I knew who to expect. Dennis was here on time. He quickly assessed the job and gave me a reasonable quote. Once agreed, he gave me a 1hour estimate for the job and kept his word. The service wasn’t cheap, but it was well done, they left the area clean, and were very professional.

Jaren Walker was awesome today! I think perhaps he is one of the best plumbers I have had at my house. He was knowledgeable and took the time to repair the problems and went above and beyond by explaining all of it to me. We don’t have these issues frequently, thank goodness, but I will request him for any of our future plumbing needs. Thank you Ben Franklin Plumbing!

The Benjamin Franklin team was right on time and knocked out our repairs in no time. They did great work, were very professional, and friendly. Would definitely call again for plumbing help. So far every technician has been great!

I had a leak on my side of the water meter (of course!😃). I called two other plumbers - one never responded, the other wasn’t available to do the job. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing answered my call immediately, scheduled a service call for the next day, and were very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. Luke completed the repair this morning and did a professional, neat & clean job, and explained everything that he did in detail. I highly recommend this company, and Luke!!

Have used them on 2 occasions now, top notch professionalism on both accounts. Not cheap by any means but when you prefer quality, warranty and professionalism over searching for the best deal this company is for sure a great go to. I don’t mind paying for piece of mind which is what I have gotten on both service calls.
