As we approached an obstacle with the counter top related to the installation of the chosen fixtures, Matt was instantaneous with other solutions and selections. We had a pipe burst during the freeze and they were able to come out first thing in the morning the next day - even though it was Christmas Eve!! We were so grateful, they saved our Christmas!! The plumber (Jaren Walker) was professional and really great at explaining to us why our pipe burst. He worked quickly and did a great job!

Dennis did a great job, and showed up on time and was able to secure for me a very hard-to-find part and complete the repair. Not cheap, but we’ll worth it. Bailey and the rest of the office /dispatch staff were also very friendly, responsive, and kept me well informed as to the scheduling and arrival time slot.

3/15/21: called them again after I accidentally broke off the water feed to a toilet, as I was painting around it - the dispatching team (thanks!) were able to send out Jaron next-day, and he and his partner Aaron did a great job fixing it in about an hour. Thanks guys!

1/4/23: despite their very heavy workload from the late December freeze, they squeezed me in to clear a bathroom drain clog. Jaron again came out, and was quick, efficient, and friendly - thanks, Jaron!

10/20/23: Luke came out today to perform the annual inspection that’s part of being a Society Member (highly recommended), and brought to my attention 2 sink p-traps / drains that weren’t configured correctly. For a very reasonable price, those were corrected. Thanks Luke!

I called many places, Benjamin Franklin plumbing was the only one who gave me a same day appointment. They were courteous, called when they were on their way and arrived within the time bracket. Luke was very knowledgeable, very nice and worked in a very clean matter. Their price is a little high but it was worth not waiting for a plumber who never comes.

Had Benjamin Franklin come out for a new home inspection. I really appreciated how the dispatch called and let me know when the plumber was coming - they even called back when he got closer so I didn’t have to wait too long. Bryan was great, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. While they did uncover a few issues with the house, it was totally worth the cost. The cost was a flat rate, which I loved because I had a lot of questions.

I had a natural gas leak. Mat and his helper responded and completed the repairs. They did a gas pressure test and found the leak to be at an old abandoned valve in my very tight attic. Awesome work and hats off to Mat and his helper. I highly recommend Ben Franklin and Mat for any plumbing needs. Mat’s a very knowledgeable individual who keeps you informed of everything he’s working on. Thanks also goes out to Alex and Mike for finding and making the repairs in my tight attic. Great team at Ben Franklin Plumbing!! Very courteous and professional. Arrived fast and on time. Gave an estimate for the work and when it was done, the final cost was much less because it went faster than expected. Highly recommend them (and Michael in particular).

Jaren did a fantastic job installing my water softener and home filtration system. He and his assistant were personable, friendly, professional, and fully explained the operation of the system. The final product has a very clean and professional look. The end result shows they take pride in their work. Will definitely use their services in the future!

My technician was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to get both jobs finished quickly. I didn't know I had a water tank problem. Because of him I was able to avert a costly repair to my ceiling and walls. I give him 5 stars!

A text message with plumber Matt's picture was sent to me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. Nice feature, both for efficiency and safety. Matt assessed and quoted the job and completed it efficiency. He explained things and was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He quality checked the repair by running tests afterwards. He took care of my home and myself, by wearing a mask at all times, wore shoe liners and was careful to catch any drained water. I'm happy with my repair and highly recommend Matt and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing.

In two words, totally awesome!!! this is from a 70+ year old. Matt was the consummate professional. He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, accurate and prompt. I cannot recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing any higher and that goes the same for Matt.

This is a freeze recovery job coupled with an annual maintenance agreement which I also highly recommend. It has numerous benefits not the least of which in a disaster you become a priority customer. Matt treats your house as if it was his own. Very respectful, clean, neat worksite, goes the extra mile and he even recycles!!

Hello All - Hot water tank went stopped heating water. Called Ben Franklin Rosenberg because they are local. Tech come out and diagnoses the problem. quotes me $2,800 for repairs and didn't know when he could get it fixed. Said no and he left. Looked up the make and model online. New tank cost $600. Make sure you know what you need before agreeing to their service.

Hector was amazing. It is a bad time for me and I was dealing with 10,000 things… hector was patient, understanding and did a few extra things just to be nice. Excellent company, honest technicians, prompt. From the minute I called (I think it was Deann that answered ) the service has been spectacular. Cheers xx

Nick and his partner were very professional. They were amazing. They replaced two toilets. They took their time, double checked the toilets and cleaned the areas. They are top notched. They deserve 10 stars. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin to everyone! Super, super job!
