Ben Franklin Plumbing is a top notch company to deal with. I had an emergency and they came on a Sunday and all my work was warranted. They are good for their word and stand behind their warranties. Michael did a great job and was so pleasant to have in my home. I’d recommend them highly!

I got a same-day appointment and the plumbers that arrived, Jaren and Nico were very professional and courteous and clearly knew what they were doing. Michael did an excellent job! My hot water heaters were shutting off. Explained problem, what needed to be done and the cost before proceeding. Also replaced/installed the shut off valve in garage with new ball valve. He left no mess whatsoever. Very professional and pleasant. Would recommend in a heartbeat!!

Dennis was very professional and knowledgeable. He kept me informed of every step and got my confirmation before doing anything. I called and they were here the next day and earlier than their scheduled time which was helpful. He also had an assistant that was also professional. Dennis also helped us by referring us to a company for our ac.

We’ve used Ben Franklin for many years and highly recommend them. This company is very customer centered and every job they have done for us (bathroom fixtures, toilets, hot water heater, etc.) has been excellent.

This year (2025), Gus came to flush our water heater and noticed the seal around the vent through the roof had failed. He recommended we get a roofer out to reseal it and check all the vents. We promptly did so and am so grateful for the kind advice!

Didn't have what I needed when I drove out there after a woman that answered phone and told me they sold it but it was worth the drive cause I got some awesome advise from gentleman working behind the counter on what I could do and use to fix my pipe that had a small hole and it worked out just as he said plus saved me some money..

without Fernando this place has gone down hill. These people priced gouged during the freeze. Selling ¾ 10' pipe for $20. Saying I gotta pay cash only and not giving a receipt, but I was desperate and they knew it. Be careful with this place, bunch of crooks.
