This company has saved me and my family money and suffering ( no AC in 100 degree weather) at least 3 times over the years . We have moved to 3 different homes in the last 7 yrs....and we finally settled into where we are staying....of course each different home always seemed to have an issue with the AC. You know the deal -the AC always goes out on the hottest day of the year or during a holiday where most people are closed or if they do come out (on a holiday) they want to charge you double. Well Roady has always been spot on with us when I have called him. Each time he has got us back up and running fast! He has saved me money by being honest with me when other AC companies were not. Just an all around honest skilled and respectable person\company to do business with. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional and good customer service. They did a thorough inspection of our system and found the issue to be a minor fix. He was very responsive to any questions and even called us back the next day to make sure our house was cooling and A/C was working.

We had the company assigned to our repair by our Home Warranty Company. They came out for the repair and told us not only would it be the required $65 service fee, but we would also have to pay an additional $905 for other repairs not covered by the warranty company. We paid the money, and the repair they said that needed to be done was completed. Within a week we were contacting our warranty company with the exact same issue we had before the initial repair was completed. On top of that, the other company that came out said the work completed was shoddy at best, and there were two leaks that were going on as a result of poor work! We paid all of that money, just to have to pay for ANOTHER repair a week later. I understand that these companies have to make money somehow, but lying about work needing to be done and it actually not getting done properly is ridiculous.

Rodys Sanchez the technician came to do a diagnosis for the A/C and he was very nice, respectful, professional and communicative. He explain absolutely everything to us professionally and that can be understood. I would recommend him. He is a very good guy. Thank you Rodys Sanchez.

My instincts may be totally wrong (and I hope they are) but I did not feel the technician was trustworthy. I paid him the amount he quoted but questioned whether the repair he charged me for was actually needed and whether he added refrigerant like he stated. Next time, I will get a second opinion.

Our ac unit quit working about 2 am. I called Angel Air LLC as had previously used them in 2012. They prompt courteous diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in about 15 minutes. Total cost under $200.00. Thank you for your professional service. We will definitely use them again. You were truly our ANGEL today

Unprofessional. Young man came to my home to to check my microwave said that it was a sensor that was gone bad. Pretended to go to his car to check and see if he had the part he came back and said he didn't. he stated he was going to have to go and get it from the warehouse. I called the office they said that that have to order the part they just come out to assess to see what the problem was that all they Parts have to be ordered she was very rude unprofessional I asked if she could call the tech to find out when was he going to order the part and she said okay and hung the phone up in my face call Choice Home Warranty Choice Home Warranty try reaching out to them they would not answer their phones Choice Home Warranty had to send out another company that company found out that it was not a sensor gone bad in my microwave it was actually a switch to the fan. They received the $60 and I never did hear back from them anymore I do not recommend them to no one

Completely unprofessional, my home warranty company has subcontracted them to service a microwave, they came and said they just needed parts that would arrive in 3 business days. The parts never arrived and they keep saying they will arrive in "2 days". This has been going on for almost a month and because of that the home warranty company is not replacing the microwave. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Rodys came out and repaired our a/c unit. He was the most thorough technician I have ever used. Once complete, he explained what he had done and what I should look for in the future. Very professional and courteous. Great experience.

Angel AC has helped twice, once to help with my washer and the second time to help with my dryer. After the first service request I specifically asked my warranty company for this company. On both times they were on time and had great customer service. They walked us through the problem both times. During times of COVID-19 restrictions both of the technicians used masks. They take credit card which was a plus! I highly recommend!

Excellent experience - from the first call to the repair! Rodys diagnosed the problem, set my expectations for date of repair and met his promises. He was courteous, friendly and efficient. I'm so happy to have my oven operational again!

I was given this company from Choice Home warranty to see what was wrong with my AC UNIT. Miguel was sent out, he diagnosed my problem and two weeks later I had to call him back. Now he says it was something else. I had to call someone else out on my own to see what was really going on with my unit. I was told that Miguel should have checked the entire unit to get a proper diagnosis. Also he put the wrong kind of Freon in my unit . I had to pay for my repair out of pocket and I was taken advantage of. I paid all that money for nothing. Unit still not working. This is my experience. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Please think twice about this company.

I am very satisfied with my service on my dryer. Javier came out and was very professional and found the solution to the couple of issues my dryer was experiencing. He called me and advised me he was on route with an ETA and arrived and got to work. Javier was also very kind and explained to me the cause of issues and how he fixed the issues. I would recommend Javier for any washer and dryer services. 10/10 !!!

Rudys was able to get to my home quickly. He was very knowledgeable and he had a capacitor on his truck! Rudy ran a diagnostic, replaced the capacitor and had my AC unit up and running in less than an hour!

They fixed my Kenmore washing machine. Rodys Sanchez came to the house, had the problem diagnosed in a couple of minutes. And went to his truck and ordered the part. It took longer to come in than I had hoped, but when it did he spent less than half an hour fixing the machine. He and the person that answered the phone were very friendly. I would recommend Angel AC and Mr. Sanchez to be given first chance on your repair job. The fifth star would have been for faster part arrival.

A total ripoff. Home warranty company sent them out and they want to charge 1650 dollars for replacing a part that are within manufactory warranty (a free part). I did a search for someone else who does the job, and the choose the first company I found and got the job done with half of the price. Avoid this company even if you have to pay another diagnose fee.

Technician was Rodys Sanchez. Wonderful young man very courteous very polite very knowledgeable. Also fixed my freezer in less than 10 minutes. I highly Recommend this company to fix your appliances
