I am very satisfied with my service on my dryer. Javier came out and was very professional and found the solution to the couple of issues my dryer was experiencing. He called me and advised me he was on route with an ETA and arrived and got to work. Javier was also very kind and explained to me the cause of issues and how he fixed the issues. I would recommend Javier for any washer and dryer services. 10/10 !!!

Rudys was able to get to my home quickly. He was very knowledgeable and he had a capacitor on his truck! Rudy ran a diagnostic, replaced the capacitor and had my AC unit up and running in less than an hour!

They fixed my Kenmore washing machine. Rodys Sanchez came to the house, had the problem diagnosed in a couple of minutes. And went to his truck and ordered the part. It took longer to come in than I had hoped, but when it did he spent less than half an hour fixing the machine. He and the person that answered the phone were very friendly. I would recommend Angel AC and Mr. Sanchez to be given first chance on your repair job. The fifth star would have been for faster part arrival.

A total ripoff. Home warranty company sent them out and they want to charge 1650 dollars for replacing a part that are within manufactory warranty (a free part). I did a search for someone else who does the job, and the choose the first company I found and got the job done with half of the price. Avoid this company even if you have to pay another diagnose fee.

Technician was Rodys Sanchez. Wonderful young man very courteous very polite very knowledgeable. Also fixed my freezer in less than 10 minutes. I highly Recommend this company to fix your appliances

This company is a ripoff. My home warranty company sent them out here and they didn’t fix the unit. They claim they didn’t know what the problem was. The man lied and said he brought parts but he didn’t have nothing with him when he came. They are very unprofessional and don’t know what they were doing. Now they sent a report to my home warranty company saying it’s the wiring and now my HW company saying they won’t cover it. I only gave 1 star because it won’t let me give 0 stars. I do not recommend using this company.

Our AC wasn’t cooling, so we booked an appointment with Angel AC. At first they said it would be the following day before they could come out because they were booked. But Rodys gave us a call not long after and said he could be out within 30 minutes. He arrived and determined it was our capacitor that was bad, and he had it repaired/replaced within no time. Very professional technician and knows his craft. Highly recommend Angel AC. We will definitely call them for any future AC problems.

We went through our home warranty & Angel was sent out to our home to see what was wrong with our AC. The first visit he could not determine what was wrong so he said he will schedule another appointment for the following day. The next day comes & He said there was a leak on the outside and unit and didn’t give any detail and left. He lacks communication which in my opinion is very important. He was respectful when he came and even wiped his shoes when he came in our home( it was wet ousting de from rain). Our problem did not get fix and now we have to pay out of pocket for our AC to get fixed. I asked Angel when will it be fixed and he simply stated to call my home warranty and find out! All though the home warranty did not fix the issue if he would have had a more communication we could have just went with him to get it fixed but he lost that opportunity, it is frustrating because our AC could have been fixed at that point of Angel would have discussed what was needed to be done. Instead she just left.

One of our air conditioners went out and I contacted our home warranty company. Angel A/C came out the next morning and repaired our air-conditioner within 20 minutes. He had to replace the capacitor. I was very impressed with the technician, Rodys Sanchez. Job well done!

After waiting so long my home warranty people finally sent a company that knew their job. My Technician was Rodys he was very professional explained to me our issue and was efficient about getting the part order and dryer fixed. He notice another small problem with a burn wire and fixed it as well. My home warranty company scheduled my stove/oven service with Angel A/C. Rodys Sanchez, the technician, called to say he was en route to my house and was gracious enough to wait until I arrived. I was so impressed with the quality of work that the young man did on my dryer. My home warranty company sent them to my home to repair my dryer. Rodys Sanchez was the technician who came to my home. A very respectable young man. He completed and fixed my dryer, and did not try and cheat me. I always worry when my home warranty company sends someone out. I highly recommend Angel AC. So grateful for Mr. Sanchez’s integrity.

Been waiting for over a month for a part to be ordered. They then dropped the service request stating it "requires different expertice". This is to repair my furnace... So now I have to start all over. Would have been nice if they would have told me a month ago that they don't know how to work on furnaces. Giving them 2 stars only because the technician that did the diagnosis was a nice guy.

Brody was so nice and professional. My AC unit had been down for a week and I contacted Brody because he had done work on a family member’s home. He came out and within a matter of minutes he was able to diagnose the problem. When he returned to do that work he was very fast and very knowledgeable about the system. I would definitely recommend this company !

My client in Rosharon recently had an air conditioning issue. While it was his Home Warranty company that sent out a technician, I was incredibly impressed with the service we received from Angel AC in Rosharon.

The young technician, Rody S, who came out (possibly one of the sons running the family business!) was exceptionally polite and demonstrated a strong work ethic. He quickly diagnosed the problem and patiently explained everything to me, ensuring I understood the solution before proceeding. After the diagnosis, he said he'll call the warranty company and tell them the issue. He said the problem should be covered under warranty.
Giving them 4/5 stars. I must say, there was some confusion on setting the appointment. Warranty company emailed me one date, but Angel AC said it was for a different date. So the receptionist was not very understanding to my situation.

Even though we didn't choose Angel Ac ourselves, their professionalism and customer care were top-notch. It's clear this family-owned business prioritizes quality service. If you're in Rosharon and need AC repair, I highly recommend recommending Angel AC for your HVAC and Home Appliances.

Angel AC sent out Javier to diagnose a problem with our dishwasher. He identified the problem quickly and got the part ordered. It was available locally and he was kind enough to come back today, the same day he diagnosed the problem, to do the repair. Excellent customer service, Javier. Thank you for a job well done.

The dishwasher repair man was very, very courteous. He was on time. Most importantly, he fixed the dishwasher that previous repair guys from different companies either couldn’t or didn’t fix the first time. This company was assigned via a home warranty company. But, I would definitely use Angel A/C again and especially Javier Soto.

Angels was called to check my AC unit and I can't express enough just how impressed I was with his promptness & professionalism. It's very seldom I take the time to leave reviews but when I get GOOD service I have to spread the word. I highly recommend Angels.
