I recently had an excellent experience with Henry's A/C & Heat. During a routine inspection the Isaiah identified some mold development in the intake plenum of my home. He immediately notified me and discussed repair options. Himself and another technician did an extremely professional job replacing this plenum and keeping me updated throughout the process with photos and a FaceTime video. This could have been easily missed by other inspectors so I appreciate the thoroughness of his inspection.

Henry's installed our complete hvac system 4 years ago. The house had no central air. Everything has worked perfectly since then.

My house is 128 years old. Obviously, central A/C & heat was added much later during its lifetime. I recently bought and moved into the house this past summer. I wanted to have the units inspected before cold weather arrived to ensure no problems with heat over the winter months. Tech Isiah arrived on time, and did a thorough inspection of both a/c & heat units. He was very courteous and respectful, and explained what was needed to put the heaters back into good condition. I’m very pleased with Henry’s Air Conditioning scheduling process, annual maintenance plan and staff. I highly recommend this company.

Isaiah hands down is the best technician I have dealt with when it comes to my home maintenance. Not only does he explain in detail what an issue is he gives you options that fits your needs. He is a great representative to have for your company and also gives me faith in who services my major appliances. I have replaced my condenser, ac drain line and ducts with this company and it has been to prevent major problems down the line. I appreciate all they offer and the communication they provide.

Technician(Daniel) came out on time. Diagnosed my heater and determined my heater blower was inoperable. Recommended that I get on a maintenance plan. Part should be delivered in 3 days. Daniel came out, replaced the heater blower.
Will continue to do business with Henry's AC/Heat. Very professional, kept me updated on the expected delivery and installation of the new part.

I felt heater wasn't keeping my home as warm as it should. Daniel came out and confirmed that I needed to turn my heat up. Use to my temperature being around 75. Due to extreme temperatures, turning it up to 80-85 keeps my home more than comfortable. Thanks again

Isaiah was very professional and thorough. After working on one part of the HVAC, he explained everything in detail and had pictures to show what he was talking about. He took time to figure out the configuration of the duct work to improve airflow in different areas of my home. Henry’s was recommended to me by people in my neighborhood that have used them and I can see why they were so highly recommended. I cannot say enough good things about my first service under the biannual maintenance plan. Like everyone else, I cannot recommend or say enough good things about Henry’s or Isaiah.

At the recent Houston Home Show I stopped by Henry's A/C booth. I entered their drawing for a free A/C tune-up and I won! Isaiah came out and wow was I shock at all the work he did. He is the first tech that cleaned the coils (4 others did not), thoroughly went through the entire system and explained in detail any issues. He was meticulous in cleaning up. And all this for free. Highly recommend Henry's A/C and especially Isaiah.

Isaiah came to inspect our HVAC system. He took the time to go over the recommendations for repair vs. recommendations for replacement. We've decided on a replacement, and he was able to get us scheduled very quickly! We will feel much better moving into the summer months with a new system.
