The installation phase was handled with similar professionalism by Gustavo and his team, who performed an excellent job on the full system installation and ensured we understood the new thermostat's operation. Isaiah was very professional and thorough. After working on one part of the HVAC, he explained everything in detail and had pictures to show what he was talking about. He took time to figure out the configuration of the duct work to improve airflow in different areas of my home. Henry’s was recommended to me by people in my neighborhood that have used them and I can see why they were so highly recommended. I cannot say enough good things about my first service under the biannual maintenance plan. Like everyone else, I cannot recommend or say enough good things about Henry’s or Isaiah.

At the recent Houston Home Show I stopped by Henry's A/C booth. I entered their drawing for a free A/C tune-up and I won! Isaiah came out and wow was I shock at all the work he did. He is the first tech that cleaned the coils (4 others did not), thoroughly went through the entire system and explained in detail any issues. He was meticulous in cleaning up. And all this for free. Highly recommend Henry's A/C and especially Isaiah.

Isaiah came to inspect our HVAC system. He took the time to go over the recommendations for repair vs. recommendations for replacement. We've decided on a replacement, and he was able to get us scheduled very quickly! We will feel much better moving into the summer months with a new system.

Not only is he knowledgeable and well experienced, but he also has excellent communication skills, explained everything to me in an easily comprehensible way, showed me pictures and videos of all findings and helped to find the best solutions for my needs. For the last three days, my AC had not been working. I called their office, and they sent over Daniel to assist me.

Daniel spent two hours troubleshooting everything until he identified the root of the issue. Thanks to his hard work, my AC is back up and running. Daniel was extremely informative and efficient throughout the entire process.

I contacted Henry's A/C & Heat for the service at approximately 10:48 AM and a technician was able to arrive at my home by 3:00 PM. Isaiah was a pleasure to speak with; he was very knowledgeable, took his time, and thoroughly explained the issue. The service call fee was quite reasonable, and I will certainly be contacting them again for a new unit system replacement.

Arnett replaced a refrigeration system on a refrigerator trailer. This was a complete change out 3 years ago. Job was done within expected time and was professionally done at a reasonable price. The system has worked flawlessly for 3 years.

Our a/c unit stopped working on us, so we reached out to Arnett Mechanical. The year prior, it went out also, and it was determined that the compressor went out. I mentioned this to him when he came out, he agreed that the compressor did indeed go out again. Instead of just changing it out and moving to the next customer, he wanted to do an deeper dive to determine why it went out 2 years in a row. After doing a full diagnoses, there was something else going on with the system. He retrieved the parts the next day and replaced both items in a matter of hours. Now my a/c unit works better now than it did before. I can't thank him enough for going the extra mile to take care of his customers. He's now my go to recommendation for anyone who's having a/c issues. Reliability and dedication going a long way in our household, and for that I give this company an 5 star.

Arnett did a great job coming in the middle of the night to get our home cooling again quickly. Pricing was fair and he was very honest and upfront. We would definitely recommend him or reach out again in the future.

Very professional, timely, and provided direct information for my problem. My problem was small so it took less than one hour for him to repair and the price was very reasonable. I am adding him to my annual technician list to check out my unit.

5-Stars is not enough to convey the fullness of my review for Arnett Mechanical! Their customer service was professional, timely. and top notch! A++ in my opinion! Their pricing (my favorite part) was extremely fair and reasonable for the amount of work required and for the equipment that needed to be purchased and installed! They even removed and hauled away the old equipment! My experience with Arnett Mechanical absolutely awesome! In fact, I’ll go on record and suggest they change name to ‘Absolutely Awesome Arnett Mechanical Services’!

Our AC went out in the middle of the night and we found Arnett Mechanical on Google. They came out first thing in the morning, diagnosed and found the problem and had us back cooing by 8am. Mr. Arnett is great, and is very personable. I have called him out twice now urgent issues. Both times he came out quickly and with in the provided timeframe. He was intentional about explaining how the AC system works and what the problem was in a way someone without a ton of knowledge could understand. He was transparent about repair and replacement costs. I highly recommend Arnett for any HAVAC needs.
