I found this place on google by my house, went to price a pair of oak trees to replace my dead queen palms, John was very helpful in finding the perfect trees for a reasonably price and came out the next day to remove my palms and install my oak trees and I’m very satisfied with the purchase if you need trees or plants this place will NOT disappoint!!

Confusing parking.
Not a wide variety of fruit trees.
Did not receive any help or customer service while looking around (was no other customers there,Sunday).
Unorganized sections.
Prices are labeled but no labels as to what the plant is.
Looks like this place is catered to more commercial businesses.

I needed to find 2 Monterrey oaks. John was very helpful and told me he had many to choose from. He also advised me how to plant them and care for them. I will buy from Estradas again.

Great place! Mulch is way better than Living Earth, which is down the street. It is much finer and ground up here. Staff could be friendlier, but I think it comes from the industry.. .. Visited a few times already and will be returning!

Mr Estrada was knowledgeable and personable. He was able to determine our plans and estimate our needs without overselling us. We are sure to get yard of the month now.

I think they have good prices but not good customer service. Now I know the mask law change and I respect others who dont wear a mask. But I wear a mask everywhere and that's my choice and I been vaccinated with with Pfizer shot. I felt like I was single out today because one I had on a mask and because I'm black. I have been there three times and only one time I was help. And also today I was single out because the guy said because of COVID-19 for me not to go in the office. but him not knowing I'm in the medical field. So I pray they treat everyone the same way.

Service is very bad. Very limited stock and mostly infected. The attendant is extremely rude. She was totally uninterested in showing the plants, infact did not want to take to the back garden. Plants looked dried, when asked she said they had spidermite on some of them. No wonder the plants are cheaper than other places. Asked for help to pick-up a plant and she said there is no help hear, pick it yourself or cannot help. That is not a way to talk to someone. And by the way, make sure to know the exact name of the plant you want otherwise they wont help.
Parking is confusing and not really designated parking. Attendant was screaming that I had parked on the drive way, which is not really very clear.

Bought several plants here. Always nice staff around to answer questions and help you find stuff. Only negative is the rows of trees and schrubs tend to be buggy and muddy -- but if you prepare for that, this place is really a hidden gem for landscaping your yard.
