Great service! Jesus was amazing in so many areas. Communication was on point. He was on time. Jesus talked us through all the available options for repair, with no pressure. Repairs were made and then Jesus went through every station of the irrigation to ensure all was well. Jesus with 84 Landscaping got our sprinkler system back up and running! We recently moved and the sprinkler system had not been maintained properly. Jesus reviewed the system, determined the work needed and gave us a fair estimate for the job. He communicated well, arrived when he said he would and diligently repaired and replaced components to get the system working and in much better condition. He was very patient to answer questions, explain what he was doing and teach us about our system and how to use it properly. Now we are all set for the spring and summer and for years to come!

Hubert and his crew did a great job! They landscaped my front and backyard. What a big difference they made. My yard looks beautiful again. ABSOLUTELY THRILLED!! HH Property Services recently came out and trimmed my large oak tree in my front yard. It was so easy to call and get this scheduled. I told them I would be out of town the day we were scheduling this, but they worked with me, asked me what I wanted done, explained what needed to be done to maintain a healthy tree, and took care of everything, including clean up. When I drove up to my house, all I saw was this big oak tree that was gorgeous once again, and no longer on my roof line. Will definitely use him for all of my future landscaping needs.

Had a great experience. Zach answered all my questions and even came back to check on the finished product after it was installed. Guys were quick, clean, and did great work. 2 years later and I am still very happy with the decision to go with them.

We scheduled an appointment to plant a tree in our front yard. They initially confirmed they could come the next day, July 13th, but didn’t provide a specific time until that morning, stating they would arrive between 2-4pm. By 4pm, no one had shown up nor contacted us despite our attempts to reach them. This lack of communication was extremely disappointing and a waste of our time. We had several options when choosing a company and selected them based on their positive reviews and professional website, despite their higher pricing. However, their failure to uphold basic principles such as punctuality and reliability has left us thoroughly dissatisfied.

I had a fantastic experience with Hubert and his team. I found him and his team to be very professional and perform excellent work. He pays attention to every detail from the estimate to the finalized project. I am very happy with how things turned out and I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for top-notch landscaping.

H&H did a fabulous job redesigning our landscaping/flower beds. They kept many of our existing plants and removed those that were unhealthy or just didn’t blend with the scheme. They added new plants based on Hubert’s recommendations. Our flower beds are beautiful with minimal maintenance required. We loved the fact that Hubert showed us everything we’d be getting prior to starting the job. The guys are super friendly and know what they are doing.

Worked with Zach and his team to fully landscape my backyard. From start to finish it only took two weeks to quote, review, and do the work. Super impressed. It would have been even faster if the weather had cooperated, but in this case I'm glad they didn't try to rush things. I am very pleased with the end result and will definitely use and recommend H&H in the future.

Hubert and HH Property Services were great to work with! Excellent communication and commitment to their word. We have a small townhouse yard in the downtown area, and Hubert was able to get us on the books and our yard re-sodded in a week's time! SUMMARY: They're competitively priced, professional, courteous, and clean up after themselves. They're swift with communication and also easy to pay (cash, credit card, check, online). They are insured and get the job done right.

HOW I FOUND THEM: My usual (probably excessive) tactics. I researched on the internet and reddit and nextdoor and all the places, asked colleagues at work for recommendations, called 10 of them that looked the best, interviewed and got quotes from 5, and chose the one that seemed the most knowledgeable, flexible, and competent regarding my requests.

FIRST SERVICE: Terracing of my corner lot's front lawn, which is significantly sloped. They put in the terracing, added some soil since everything had previously washed away, planted probably 100 plants and shrubs that I'd purchased, applied microlife, and mulched, and placed flagstones and decorative rocks, all in 105 degree weather. It turned out better than I had envisioned; they added a nice artistic curve to the terracing even though it wasn't on the rough design I showed them and probably took them more time to do. They have a good eye for design. They even came out a second time to help fix part of the landscaping that a car ran over the very next day after they installed it. If you're wondering why I decided to do all this landscaping and plant 100 plants in 105 degree weather: HOA. It's been over a year, and the terraced lawn still looks great, other than the fact that cars continue to run over part of it. HOA seems satisfied.

SECOND SERVICE: They came out to fill some large planters for trees in my backyard: 20 yards of soil. Replanted some trees in 24" planters into the new (very large) planters. They cleaned up the soil in my driveway and washed it with a hose after, too.

I've recommended their services to my colleagues at work.

We had Zach + team work on our new home in the Heights (a standard Victorian home w/ a small yard) and had a great experience with them. Zach stopped by to provide the initial consultation and recommendation on what to do with our yard. From there, Zach became our point of contact and was always quick to respond.

We agreed on a price + plan of attack and had 3 guys come work on the yard, who were friendly and incredibly fast. Due to an underestimation on the amount of plants we'd need to cover our yard, we had to have the guys come out a second time, which meant a second bill. Ideally, we would have seen all of the costs up front, but understand that mistakes happen. The project was still completed within our budget.

All in all, they did great work at a fair price (lower than 2-3 competitors). We enjoyed working with this company and would recommend them to anyone in Houston.
