Houdini’s Plumbing had to replace my Kitchen Drain Tunnel. They had to tunnel 25 feet under my house and replaced the pipe with new PVC. Everyone was extremely nice from the young lady in the office Ms. Akeela, the two plumbers that did the job and the Owner Mr. James. Even the Master Diggers were professional. Very Pleased, Excellent work.👍🏾

Had this company sent out by homeserve and they removed my secondary drain before asking me and ended up causing massive damage to my house. Own admins to his employees incompetence but will not provide us his insurance information. James the owner should feel ashamed of the way they have put me and my family (3 kids) through this nightmare 20k plus in damage and he wanted to offer us $500. That is unacceptable and not professional or ethical.

A Class Act! It’s so nice when you encounter businesses with work ethic. My experience with Houdini Plumbing was awesome. They are experienced professionals who take pride in the work they do. I found them to be timely, excellent communicators, and caring and compassionate. I am a senior, Reggie made me feel like he was caring for his grandmother. This really helped with my anxiety of dealing with an awful situation. Continue the excellent work! More companies should have Reggie’s that work for them.

A clown show is the best description I can come up with . Non working equipment and an unwillingness to find a solution. I would advise against using them unless you want to waste your day ..

This company was sent out as result of a HomeServe claim, an estimate was provided to HomeServe which included of an additional fee of $1300 without throughly investigating the problem. After waiting several days for the work to begin which was supposed to be them trenching 15 feet under my home, I sent James a text message inquiring about the inconsistencies in the timeline for the repairs he called me wanting to argue with me as if he was the one inconvenienced. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. I would strongly discourage the use of this company. Side note his company van broke down so my entire day was wasted Friday, the van was left in my driveway til late Friday night and despite James knowing the water in my home had been off all week to prevent further flooding he asked me to use my water hose…then he saw me leave my home and proceeded to call me an hour later. What audacity to complain about an early morning text message about the job he was hired to do because a company he hired contacted me but it was ok for him to call me late Friday night regarding his vehicle?…. Completely absurd.
Btw…the new plumber did a complete investigation with real equipment to locate the source of the problem and his plan doesn’t include trenching 15 feet below my house!

James is the finest Master plumber I have ever come across . The job he came out to do included my leaking water heater and pipes in the laundry room that were leaking. He calls to f/u and educates about what is wrong and what course of action is needed . Water was off for a short while but EVERYTHING was fixed and up and running . I feel very very blessed . Courteous and friendly and professional ! Highly recommend .

I called this company’s number that was recommended to me, and addressed my problem with the water softener and the Scala pump, I was asking if anyone could come out and take a look for me. They came out and I explained to them again what happened, one of the technicians told me he’s going to wait for the master to come out and take a look, he was on the phone call! I went back inside my house and wait for him to get off the phone. 5 mins later he knocked my door, he told me what the problem was, he turned 2 knobs to stop the bypass of my water softener!!! Then charged me 150!!! I was like 150$ for turning 2 knobs???? He obviously knew it was ridiculous so he gave me discount down to 100$! Explained there was a service call fee!

I later responded that I only wanted you to take a look! And you turned two knobs and charged me 100$?? Honestly that was ridiculous! I should have never paid and just asked them to put it back the way it was.

That was almost robbing. You were there for less than 5 mins to show me the knob and charged me 100$ . Would never calll this company again and would not recommend

Plumber came out to inspect for propane leak, left after leaving a $4,800.00 estimate to replace all propane lines. The next day another plumber found and fixed the leak after doing a pressure test and repaired it all for the grand total of $135.00. I should sue them to get my $75.00 trip charge back.

They did a great job fixing my water heater. They were able to repair it in minutes without draining it. Very honest, courteous and polite. I will be calling them again if needed.

Wonderful! Great customer service. Weldon was so nice and patient with us hovering over to see what he was doing (so we could learn). He was able to come out that same day, which I really appreciated. We will definitely be calling them back for any future issues.

I called due to suspected gas leak! The service men were sent out. All Everyone was professional. Service was excellent! Above no gas leak!!

Weldon is a very helpful and honest guy. Met him while I was looking for some supplies at Home Depot and I asked him some questions when I saw his company shirt. I needed assistance with a gas hot water tank install that I was struggling with. He was in the area on another project and offered to come by and help install it for me later on a Friday afternoon. Sometimes it's hard to find an honest and responsive plumber. Weldon and his assistant were.

Well Done Plumbing came to my home and finished work that was unfinished by someone else. They took their time and did a fantastic job. They were always on time and once they finished, they cleaned up and removed the trash. I recommend Well Done Plumbing to everyone who needs a plumber and wants their bathroom redone. Thank GOD for Weldon and his team at Done Plumbing.

This company has saved me and my family money and suffering ( no AC in 100 degree weather) at least 3 times over the years . We have moved to 3 different homes in the last 7 yrs....and we finally settled into where we are staying....of course each different home always seemed to have an issue with the AC. You know the deal -the AC always goes out on the hottest day of the year or during a holiday where most people are closed or if they do come out (on a holiday) they want to charge you double. Well Roady has always been spot on with us when I have called him. Each time he has got us back up and running fast! He has saved me money by being honest with me when other AC companies were not. Just an all around honest skilled and respectable person\company to do business with. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional and good customer service. They did a thorough inspection of our system and found the issue to be a minor fix. He was very responsive to any questions and even called us back the next day to make sure our house was cooling and A/C was working.
