We recently had an issue where we noticed our home wasn’t blowing off as much cold air as we’re used to. We also realized that the fans on our a/c wasn’t turning on. It was late in the evening and we were in a time crunch and decided to reach out to Arnett Mechanical and we’re so glad we did! We received excellent service from the initial call and was able to get out a/c checked out the following day! We agreed on the time as was happy to be seen so quickly!

Anton came out time and had great communication with us even before he arrived. We learned that we had to have our capacitor replaced and was relieved as this was an easy fix. He was able to explain the situation with ease and expertise. Once the replacement was done, we noticed our a/c was back running again with no issues and we felt the cool air again! I highly recommend Arnett Mechanical for your resident and commercial needs! I won’t use anyone else!

I was trying to find a Carrier dealership who would help me with product registration to cover my warranty. I called probably 5-6 dealers but mostly we’re answering machines or call center that I have to wait for a call back. But Anton, the owner, readily answered. And PATIENTLY waited for me to climb to my attic and helping me identify the unit and guiding me through it. He had me send a picture of the unit and he sent it back pointing to the correct one. Anton came out at 10:30 pm on a Saturday and got my AC working again within an hour. He was incredibly nice, thorough, and helpful. Very happy with the service.

Anton is incredible. If you need any help at all he will make sure you are taken care of. He was knowledgeable, professional, and timely in his visit. I called with an A/C problem at 8:20 pm. He had visited, fixed our compressor issue, and finished his visit by 9:30 pm. I will only be calling him from now on, a fantastic local business and business owner. Absolutely give them a call.

Called and spoke with Anton after returning home from vacation. Said he was available to come and take look at my a/c unit on Sunday evening even though it was Mothers day. He stated he could be by in an hour , and showed up within the time frame he quoted. He was extremely nice when speaking with me and very helpful. Arnett Mechanical provided great service for my family. They responded quickly to my call and came by to diagnose my issue the same day. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. My air was back up and running within an hour of him returning with the part, which is major in this Houston heat. I will be using them to service my unit to provide preventative maintenance.

100/100 I definitely recommend. Anton had an exceptional response time. He is professional, polite, and was incredibly efficient in his assessment, analysis, explanation, and resolution. I felt safe and confident in knowing that a trusted professional was attending to my families ac cooling needs in these 90 degree temps. I got several quotes from many technicians but none who advertised quick response times actually offered quick response times. As long as they service for AC/a heating and Refrigeration services I will only call on Arnett!
